  Good location, basic clean accomodation, great pool

  Firstly let me say this is Agios Georgios in the south of the island. This aparthotel is away from the Strip which is fine as that is quite run down and seedy. The local beaches seemed mainly narrow strips of sand, but in October we still had a lot of sunny days and warm seas. The aparthotel has some REALLY good restaurants nearby, our favourites being Kefassas which is amazing, and Malibu which again is seriously good and has its own beach. We chose the basic accomodation which is VERY basic but clean. To be fair the Management are trying to upgrade room by room and you can upgrade if you want to. On the bottom floor apartments facing the pool you will not get any sun The pool is excellent , nippy to get in first then a delight. You can have drinks at the pool bar plus a basic breakfast for 7 euros including tea/coffee Corfu Town is interesting but unless you fancy a bus ride its a 50 minute trip by car. The downside is that you are as likely to meet an extinct dodo as find a parking space. The further north you go the prettier the island becomes We found everyone to be polite and observant of social distancing Flight to Corfu is 3 hours.

  Wonderful corfiot break

  This property was the perfect little getaway, could happily spend two weeks here at least! It was exceptional clean, the woman that owns it is just an incredible host and very helpful (also an amazing cook so do try her food!) On arrival we were handed two bottles of water which was already a kind gesture and the helpfulness after this didnt stop! There was a bus stop a 2 min walk away to get to other locations, or you could walk 5 minutes and be greeted by a row of restaurants, supermarkets, bars and beaches ! Mad mikes was a fantastic bar near by. The value for money was incredible and couldnt recommend this place more!

  Wonderful Holiday

  This hotel makes you feel so welcome. The family who own it cant do enough for you to make your holiday enjoyable. The rooms are all comfortable and different ones can suit any budget. Pool area is beautiful and relaxing and modern. Plenty of sunbeds and a lovely pool bar. In a quiet area close to some lovely restaurants. This is the perfect place to stay if you just want to relax and do nothing. The family who run it can provide anything you need whether it be a taxi or help with car hire. Beautiful views. Will visit this place time and time again for how enjoyable a stay here is :)

  Lovely sunny stay

  Had a lovely week with my partner, room was clean - the cheaper rooms are certainly a little dated, and the deluxe rooms are absolutely BEAUTIFUL but outside of my student budget. Would recommend otherwise. Staff are delightful, made real effort with all the residents and posted me lost property after my stay which was really thoughtful and definitely out of their way. Agios georgios is quiet, sweet, with a few small restaurants and bars but if you want sun and a nice pool go for bruskos !!!

  great find

  We love St George but have been put off in the past by the fact that the Lambrada is now all inclusive and much of the remaining accommodation is quite basic. We found Bruskos this year and I cannot think why we have missed it in the past. It is situated a little out of town - say 20 min walk to the little harbour but we enjoy a walk before dinner so that is no issue for us. There are a couple of excellent restaurants 5 min away (Kafesas & Malibu). The pool area and grounds are uncrowded and the little bar welcoming. We booked a GF suite which was of adeqate size and very tastefully decorated. The bath & shower was very modern and there was no shortage of hot water. However, it was the quality of the bed that nailed it - extra long and very comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. Our room (105) overlooked the garden and was on the sunny side of the hotel. Even in October the room got warm so in high summer you may prefer the shadier side but the air-con worked fine (or heating in our case)! Plenty of parking just outside the hotel. Pool area was clean and tidy. Our bedroom smelt very clean/sanitised on entry - and remained so throughout. Hotel supplies a continetal breakfast which had plenty of choice. If you prefer a hot cooked breakfast - there are plenty of opportunities in the resort. The nearest beaches are amongst the nicest in Corfu - just a few beds scattered around but with unspoilt sections as well. Cannot recommende Bruskos highly enough - clean, friendly, comfortable and in a very quiet rural area. Thoroughly recommended.
