  ENGAÑOSA SITUACION

  Es un hotel exclusivamente bien situado si vas a trabajar al Parque de Congresos de Colonia que está al lado. La situación es muy fea y lejos de lo interesante y centrico de la ciudad. El acceso es muy jaleoso. Las habitaciones del hotel son pequeñas pero completas, muy limpias y un baño bastante bueno, con detalles bastante cuidados. El bufe del desayuno es bueno, y tiene una presentación muy bonita, lástima que el personal de sala y el personal de recepcion "Quien te da la bienvenida" sean tan antipàticos. Que pena.

  buen hotel, limpio y cómodo, alejado del centro, mucho tráfico de vehículos en los alrededores

  el hotel está situado a las afueras de Köln pero con coche se tarda muy poco en llegar al centro. Mucho tráfico y retenciones por la zona. Parking exterior gratuito. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. En general todo muy bien. Cuando nos limpiaban la habitación nos dejaban ositos de gominola en la cama (un detalle muy bueno).

  Perfecto para ir a la feria

  Situado a solo 5 minutos a pie de la feria, y a 5-10 en taxi al centro de la ciudad (8-10), tranquilo, limpio y acogedor. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero correctas.El desayuno buffet es muy completo!

  good stay in 'junior suite'

  Stayed 17/08 in a 'junior suite with terrace', at a cost of £173 for the night. The decor was very nice and a bit different than standard boring hotel rooms, but a little bit scratched/marked in some places. The room was a bit more spacious than average but not huge. Nice terrace balconies that you could see quite a distance, would have made more use of them if it was warmer outside! Wifi was good, parking available outside on the street. Free coffee available at reception in the morning. Very convenient for access to the koelnmesse convention centre, 5 minute walk. My only negatives were that there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room itself which is annoying, and also that the shower doesn't drain properly and has left a big stain on the floor from all the previous showers over time. I do recommend this hotel and will stay again, but the price I paid was a bit expensive for the room I received - possibly because I only booked a week before staying.

  Stole my GoPro and 1000 cash

  I stayed 16-21 DEC 19. For the first two day I had my photo gear and GoPro with me. Using the GoPro the first two days I backed it up and put it back in my suitcase where I had stashed my US $1000.00. I didnt' get it a second thought until I moved to my next hotel, when I went to look for it. GONE! My GOPRO and ALL THE ATTACHMENTS were taking out of my suitcase. OVER $2000.00 Stole. When I called the hotel about it I was told. "WILL IF IT WAS IMPORTANT TO YOU, YOU SHOULD HAVE CARRIED IT WITH YOU." "WHAT? MY UNDERWEAR WAS IMPORTANT TO ME BUT I DIDN'T CARRY ALL OF THEM WITH ME." "WILL THERE IS NOTHIGN WE CAN DO, FILE A POLICE REPORT." When you rent a room from a hotel it is a contract between you and the hotel that YOUR ROOM, which they have full access to is secure and the staff are trustworthy. The fact that this hotel believes that you should pack all your personal belongings each day to secure them from the staff is ridiculous. I contact their corporate headquarters and got about the same reply. They are not responsible for the staff or the security of personal belongings in a room. So bottom line, IF YOU STAY HERE JUST LEAVE YOUR ROOM OPEN, BECAUSE ANY THIEF CAN WALK IN ANYTIME, WITH A KEY, AND TAKE WHAT THETY WANT AND YOUR JUST S.O.L.
