  Extremely kind and accommodating staff, great hotel!

  We loved staying at Business Address Hotel! The hotel staff are incredibly friendly -- many members of the staff speak English, and even those who don't worked incredibly hard to communicate with us to address our needs. The room we stayed in was large and had great accommodations. We were impressed in general with the clean room, clean bathroom, and comfortable beds! The hotel is near the train station and right across the street from the bus station, though not necessarily around a lot of restaurants. Had a great stay!

  Go pammukkale instead

  My friend and I stayed there for 2 nights. Although having changed the dates through email, when we arrived they didn't seem to be expecting us. The rooms were not cleaned, shower cubicle still wet, bins full, and the entire room smelled of cigarettes. On the upside though, the location was convenient (next to the bus and train stations, with minibuses to pamukkale running right in front of our hotel entrance). Staff here despite not speaking the best english, they tried their best to help us and for that I'm nothing but grateful. Overall, for the price paid this hotel is okay, but if you're a budget traveller, go stay at the hostels in Pammukkale instead.

  Should be your last choice!

  Our room was not ready when we arrived - Although we had informed the time we would arrive in advance. We were made to wait for a long time before the room was ready. Dirty Lifts (Elevators) Staff not very helpful and could not converse in English. Room was uncomfortable.

  Good value for little money

  Pamukkale was just a bit too far to reach that day. That's why we stayed one night at this hotel. We did not regret. It's really value for little money. A good three stars business hotel. There was noise from the highway next to the hotel, so ask for a room at the backside of use your earplugs. Breakfast was okay and staff were kind.

  Require English Speaking Reception

  It is a budget hotel located in the centre of the city , just next to Otogar and near to the market. Good size rooms. Good warm Turkish taste breakfast. Standard amenities. Only lacking a Good Reception. The staff at the counter was not warm and lacking communication other than Turkish language. We found it difficult to express our requirements . The management should look into this drawback.
