  Excellent private villa

  Had a 5 night stay in a pool villa. Room spacious and modern.Comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. Pool a good size, and spotlessly clean. Daybed and loungers excellent. Could use a small table and chairs outside,plenty of room for them. Breakfast had option of buffet or a la carte and both were nice. Several small eateries nearby serving mainly typical Indonesian warangal fare. Overall a very relaxing and peaceful spot. Would return without question.

  Amazing place second visit in less than a year

  From the moment you arrive the service and staff are fantastic. We stayed in a private villa on both stays and couldnt fault anything. The food at biru was brilliant, would highly recommend room service for those last days by the pool. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful brilliant for relaxing, there are shops and restaurants just a short walk away. We arranged a transfer from the airport to the hotel there was a cold towel waiting to freshen up after a long flight from England. Two people clean your villa, two people tend the garden/pool and two people attend for turn down service daily. We couldnt fault any aspect of our stay!

  This beautiful spot just got better

  For many visits, we have enjoyed Candi Beach Resort and Spa and watched it continue to develop. First came the pool villas in a glorious garden setting. On our visit last year, the start of their suites on adjoining land had commenced. Now open - although some work is still being done on the pent houses, they have added a further dimension to this property and the views along the near coast from their restaurant and pool area is breath taking. Always popular with European visitors, this should be a must for discerning Australian travellers. Step outside this remarkable resort and you step back into the Bali of yesteryear. Highly recommended.

  Heaven on Earth

  We only stayed two nights but I wish we could stay more here. Its so peaceful and right in front of beach. Villas are amazing. We had our own pool and a very good size pool. Its not one of those small pools. The room is really large with everything you need. The gazebo outside by the pool is nice place to relax. The room has wall adaptors for international travelers. Hotel has scuba diving faculty and fishing facility. You can cook what you catch during your fishing trip. Its a quieter area if Bali. If you like swimming on the beach this hotel is great.

  Return visit

  We stayed in a private pool villa last year and loved it so much we came back. However, this year wasn't as good the only reason we say this is because previously we were able to have a la carte breakfast in the restaurant next to the villas which was for suites and villa guests only and made the stay feel a bit more special, this year everyone had to have breakfast in the buffet restaurant which made it feel far less special and considering the price difference between the villas and the hotel rooms left us feeling really disappointed, we were not advised of this change when we booked. We let the manager disappointed and he arranged for us to have breakfast delivered to our villa each day and a complimentary floating breakfast. The villa and location beautiful but we won't return next year if this bew breakfast arrangement stays.
