Congratulations
We rediscovered CAVO MARIS!! What a pleasant surprise indeed. In this COVID-19 epoch all sanitary measures mediculously kept and yet not bothersome. Facilities to please the most demanding customers. Paradise-like surroundings. But most impressive is the highest quality hospitality. A great bravo to all the staff but mostly to their General Manager Mr. Antonis Antoniou, under whose constant supervision they all worked like a well tuned orchestra and the result was superb, excellent, pleasing all the needs of the visitor. Outstanding hotel
The hotel is beautiful the rooms are fresh and clean. All staff were wearing masks and several hand sanitizing points located everywhere. Unfortunately we didn't catch her name but we had a cleaner from Bulgaria on the 3rd floor and she was very very good. Food in main restaurant for half boarders slightly disappointing. You will struggle if you are vegetarian. Pretty much pasta every day not much variation You also need to be extremely careful as it is not clear that dishes are not vegetarian. Unfortunately we had an instance we were assumed a mediterrean salad was vegetarian but it turned out it has ham in it. Menu could be much clearer Saying that the chef was happy to change the menu when we were bored of pasta to something else which was great and all the people serving dinner were incredibly friendly Shame there was no pizza oven for the main kitchen.... Breakfast time absolutely no complaints. A buffet breakfast is served but there are hotel staff at each buffet station to serve you because of covid and it is extremely efficient and the servers are incredibly friendly. You can take as much as you like and they don't have any problems with it Hotel front desk staff are also nice. I think what would have been a nice touch was that the hotel was pretty much running at about a quarter of its capacity and we asked to be upgraded to sea view rooms and were told we would have to pay a premium for it. I could understand why if the hotel was busy but saying yes and doing it for us would have made the customer alot happier particularly when the hotel is practically empty because of covid anyway Regardless is a minor point in the scheme of things because genuinely I couldn't praise this hotel high enough and I would love to come back again!

Good 4* hotel
We had a room on the fifth floor with sea view. The room itself was very nice, big and clean; with the nespresso maschine almost 5* like. People working here were super friendly and solution-oriented - great service. The quality of the food and the food itself was unfortunately disappointing. The meat (lunch and dinner) was mostly overcooked and had no taste. Same for the morning buffet, no changing variety, overcooked and tastless eggs; i wouldnt recommend halfboard. The location was great too. Most beautiful beach was Fig Tree - amazing. Thank you Cavo Maris for having us.

Amazing wedding and holiday
Where do I start.. me and my now husband, first arrived on the 26th September 2020 after 2 years of planning, 61 of us in total all from the UK for our wedding. We had been in correspondence with Katrine in guest relations for the 2 years prior, over Skype, WhatsApp and phonecalls. Nothing was too much trouble she did her absolute upmost to help us all. We had such a fantastic time, this was down to the hotel, the staff and Katrine. Firstly, the hotel and spa is immaculate. The safety measures in place and the cleanliness was outstanding. Secondly, the staff. There are not enough words to explain how all of the staff at the Cavo Maris went above and beyond and at the end of our stay became our friends. Yiannis and Lucy on the pool bar, Christos and all the chefs (especially the egg lady and the pastry chef) were so friendly. A massive thank you to all the staff at the hotel, you really did make our stay a unforgettable one. Thirdly Katrine, what an asset she is to the hotel! The help and guidance we received from her was superb and all of our 61 guests said what a fantastic woman she is. She made sure our wedding and holiday was perfect. We really cannot thank her enough. Our guests are already asking about next year and if she will be there to accommodate us again. A huge huge thank yo to everyone involved at the hotel from the cleaners, bar staff, restaurant staff, towel man, chef's.. just everyone. You have made this not so good year into a fantastic one and me, my husband and our guests will never forget it. Love Mr & Mrs Watson

Excellent hospitality and service! Breathtaking view, and clean rooms! Very professional and helpful personnel!!!Loved the private beach! Outstanding sushi restaurant!!!one of the best suites that i ever stayed!
