  Spa and Double massage!!!

  We used the spa for our 3 years anniversary together. We booked a double massage in the spa! It was brilliant, so relaxing the music the silence the oils used!! We didn't get the. me of the 2 girls working but they where amazing! One was blonde and the other brunet. We recommend the spa 100% they even offer you tea with biscuits at the end! We were completely relaxed! Thank you

  Incredible Holiday!

  Perfectly located. Amazing Views. Top Quality Customer Service. Alison went the extra mile! All services and amenities were top class and easily accessible (despite some unfounded negative trip advisor reviews ) I will definitely be staying with CGH again! This was an exceptional holiday!   DOG FECES???

  Personally the worst skiing holiday I have ever experienced. The apartment is decent but quite overpriced. The WiFi connection is poor. It's extremely difficult to relax at the SPA as the only few deckchairs (which weren't in perfect conditions) are in front of the pool which is mostly full of kids. Most of the lights in the SPA area are broken and the showers are public. Thus, you need a swimsuit to use the sauna and steam-bath, which seems quite non-hygienic. It has been quite upsetting to find out, without any sort of warning, that you're only granted one toilet paper roll and you're later required to purchase them on your own account. All guests are required to personally remove the bed sheets before leaving the room, which shows the total lack of staff. It has been absolutely shocking to find a dog's excrement inside the building, which hasn't been removed for several days. When we politely complained about all these issues at the reception, the front desk agent did not seem to really care, making this experience even more frustrating.

  Great place

  We stayed there 3 nights during the holiday season. The place is huge but doesn't appear so from the outside. It's a lot of interconnected chalets. Lots of lifts to go down but then its really a short walk to the slopes. They lend raclette/fondue/pierrade machines (better book in advance). Overall a nice place.

  Ski Break

  After reading reviews I wasnt expecting much. However, this aparthotel has been very much underestimated. It is clean, a great location, staff are very helpful. Apartments are smaller than they look on the website, we stayed in a / bed - 6 person and there was 4 of us, it was perfect. Think 6 adults would struggle but up to 4 adults and 2 children, it would be fine. The staff at the ski hire shop under the aparthotel opposite the tourist office were very friendly and helpful too. If you are looking for a short ski break with just a 60 minute transfer from Geneva Airport, its perfect.
