  Good value for your money

  Nice rooms - changed after one night due to aircon problems - big fridge, good big bed, lot of tv-channels and quick free wifi. Fine breakfast - choise between American or thai - that only need a bit of fresh fruit to be perfect. Easy access, few minutes driving to Beach, shopping in Bang Saen and many dining opportunities. One restaurant on sight, one more in walking distance - 5 min.

  Good hotel

  Rooms were clean, not a big hotel but worth for money , no restaurants nearby , only Thai food available in hotel, wi fi s good, friendly staff , nice location, big c and tesco lotus mini super markets are available in a walkable distance ..

  Nice quite value for money hotel

  The hotel is located inside a compound so it is quite and peaceful there. The room that we booked have aircon, fridge, flat cable TV, hot shower, balcony, complementary tea, coffee and pot with hot water, free wifi (the password is written at the reception and in every room). The bed was very comfortable with many pillows. There was a clock on the wall - thing that not often you can find in hotel room nowadays. Overall the room was simple but cozy. If you stay on higher floor you can actually view the sea and mountains on the other side. The staff on reception was helpful. I called them to confirm my booking because there was no confirmation email and they confirmed it right away. There is no lift though and if you stay on a higher floor it could be not convenient. But if you book the first floor room then you can park your car in from of the building. Otherwise the parking is quite aside (not far though). Key deposit is 500 bath per room. We booked 4 rooms but they allowed us to pay only 1,000 bath for all rooms. All in all it was good experience for us. Would like to return there in the future.

  never again

  stayed 5 nights in April, nothing good to say only negatives, first there's a small road back of hotel where locals live night time dogs barking, early morning chickens awake, noise from bikes and pick ups till early morning, if you have customers in room next to you as we did, sounds like they in same room as you, doors banging and loud talking., you can hear everything,, the smallest tv on the wall you ever seen, and only Thai channels , no foreign channels only bath towels and very old, you can see through them,, if you lucky you get sheets changed every SECOND day, we had same sheets 3 days, when i asked, told "lady clean gone home" staff very unfriendly, everything to much trouble for them, and not speak much English,, position! wow, way out the way, they say 450 to beach! no way, no eating places close by, impossible to get taxi from outside hotel they don't go that way! so you definitely need transport of your own, i stay in many places before never had to review like this, would i stay again? never.

  Accommadation for 70.3

  Room basic but great value for money A little walk to teh transition area but nothing inconvenient Lots to see on walk to and from Close to Monkey Hill Evening foreshore markets Monkey Beer Garden was a great spot to experience the local food and relax with a beer very close to the accommadation
