  Very cozy decor and hospitality

  The receptionist was gentle and over estimated our expectations, the response gave us nice tips, suggested some options for a tour and indicated us good restaurants. The room is very clean and cozy, with a warm and charming decor. It has a king size bed, heater in the room and in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good, they maid a very good berries jelly and cakes. In the restaurant the food was good. It is located next to the city center (Capivari), like 5 minutes by car.

  Unique place with personalized service, small number of quests , there is the charm of a private residence with fine collectables antiques, alpine atmosphere. Each suite has its own decoration ,with large rooms, balconies with views of the city and mountains below. Breakfast includes cakes , pastries made fresh that morning using fruits and spices from their own garden. There are several areas with a fireplace with a cozy seats you can enjoy a nice conversation. At the outside garden , you also have the view of the city or enjoy the sauna the same view. After a day of sightseeing, visiting a chocolate factory or the brewery of a fine beer, there will be tea service in your room before bedtime. Each suite is unique, bedrooms with decorations suitable for the Royals. The restaurant food is superb. Every discovered detail leaves an impression. Very friendly and professional staff. There is also a private heliport on the premises. It was a memorable experience for us.

  Charming relax in the mountains

  Still giving 5 stars because is difficult to find something better nowadays... But service starts to decline lately... Breakfast starts at 9.30 but the buffet was only completely ready at 10.00 am.... Few times people forgave to refill shower soap in the room. Not big deals compared to the perfection of the rest but are details that need to take care of, in order to keep the high standard that we were used to find here. But as I said... It is still the best option in Campos de Jordao

  Superb service

  We're often stay at top rated hotels globally, such as the Four Seasons and were a bit hesitant when we booked this pousada last minute. Since arriving at the property, we have been so impressed with the service!! Every person of the team we interacted with has been extremely cordial, respectful, helpful and even witty. From Caio to Yves and so on. We feel very comfortable and happy to have chosen this spot!!

  Amazing hotel! The perfect place to rest and relax.

  Chateau La Villette is the perfect place to have a restful weekend. It is surrounded by beautiful views, immersed in nature. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are large, luxurious, and extremely comfortable! Definitely worth it. The breakfast/brunch is simply incredible, very complete! Their restaurant, Le Foyer, is amazing, a five-star dining experience. It is very near the downtown area as well, but you wont want to leave the hotel. After a weekend there I left feeling refreshed, renewed, well-rested and extremely well-fed! Giovanni, Carlos, Cassio and Mr. Valdeci are extremely attentive, professional, and very nice. 10/10 in all aspects!
