  Muy buena opción

  El hotel está lejos de las cataratas de Niagara, lo cual podría parecer poco práctico, pero tiene muchas ventajas. Está en una zona muy tranquila, sin ruido, el staff es muy amable, la habitación es muy amplia, las camas son cómodas, tiene piscina techada, el desayuno es bueno. Tiene un Tim Hortons (no tan lleno de gente) a 5mins. Sin duda es una opción excelente y a buen precio.

  Enjoyable stay

  Spent 4 nights on Labour Day wknd and not really anything wrong with our stay. Check in was a breeze despite arriving at 1am. Our room was clean, however we found the beds were too hard (that's a preference more of a complaint). Yes, it's outdated, but that's a cosmetic thing. Everything worked, rooms were clean, staff was helpful. Would recommend.

  Welcome to the 70's

  This hotel is decorated in what appears to be 1970's styles and it hasn't been touched again since then. The furniture, drapes, wallpaper and flooring are "funky". Actually, it made us smile. Pros: We were put in the biggest hotel suite that we have ever stayed in. It had 2 bathrooms and the one in the master bathroom was huge with a jaccuzi tub, lush robes and nice toiletries. There was also a fireplace in the living room and 2 televisions. There was a fully equipped kitchen but there were no forks. Strange. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was very quiet and we slept well. Dog friendly. Nice bed and pillows. Cons: The hotel restaurant was only open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. No complimentary breakfast. The carpet had not been vacuumed when we arrived but they sent someone up immediately to remedy that. The place really needed a deep cleaning: dirt in corners of the rooms, dust in tub, carpet was stained. The drain in one of the bathroom sinks was clogged. There was no kleenex. The shower was so tiny that it was about the size of one in an RV. My husband is over six feet tall so it definitely was a problem for him. The water took about 5 minutes to warm up. After all is said and done, we wouldn't stay here again.

  Underwhelming for the price

  I would like to preface this review by saying that the staff were very nice and helpful. They helped us with whatever we needed. However, for what we paid, we were underwhelmed. Due to COVID, many of the amenities they offer were not available. This includes the whirlpool, sauna, room service, restaurant, bar and mid-stay room tidy-ups. There was also no coffee or tea available in the room. I completely understand making concessions due to the pandemic. However, there were no information available in the rooms to inform guests on what was closed, or even a channel list or list of local restaurants guests can visit in lieu of room service. Also, then hotel did not seem to offer discounted stays at all despite not having most of the amenities offered (I paid about $340.00 for a two night stay). For not even getting coffee in your room, that's steep! One last thing I will mention is the cleanliness of the rooms. The inside of our ice bucket was really dirty, as was multiple other areas of the room. (Inside where the coffee machine is, the drawers). Again I understand cutting back due to COVID, however you would hope at least for a clean room. In summary, we will probably not be returning.

  A place to rest your head

  Room was clean on entry. There is no daily cleaning. If you need clean towels, you have to go to the front desk. No onsite restaurants and you have to personally dispose of food debris from your room. No service whatsoever. Its only a place to rest if you are far away from home.
