  Great stay with friends!

  The hotel is very nice and clean. The food is varied and tasty and the staff is very helpful and always cheerful. My friend lost a wallet and a hotel boy brought it to him immediately. Amazing entertainment is provided as well. Everyday, there are animations with brilliant animators - Christina and her husband (the DJ). Aquaaerobic and darts in the morning and afternoon and some funny contests in the evening. A lot of fun! It was great to take part! Thank you both! We had a really good time at Mermaid. It's a very safe place during the corona time, too.

  Don't go here

  We stayed here after booking a last minute holiday. It was myself and a teenager. I have never been to an all inclusive hotel that doesn't include WI-FI (paid extra for the 10 nights) and also you have to pay for the beach and pool towels. They did not include any water bottles in the room so we had to buy our own and no soft drinks either. They also had 2 pet dogs roaming round the lobby every day which they don't state anywhere as i would have chosen a different hotel!!! Food was very basic and very repetitive most nights but there was something to eat. There is nothing to do around the hotel you have to walk at least 10 15 minutes to get to the main road and sometimes it was just too hot to walk. Most staff around the pool and lobby were very friendly but management not so much. It definitely wasn't a 4 star hotel. I was disapointed at management as 1 day i was clearly in the queue to talk to the person on reception but he made no effort to even ask what i wanted as soon as another person queued up he looked and asked him what he wanted i was like hello i am here first.

  Club Mermaid Exceeded My Expectations !

  As a first time lone traveller I was naturally very wary but all of my worries were completely unfounded. On arrival I was given a very spacious room on the top floor with a balcony in the roof of the building which, as a woman travelling alone, made me feel much safer, I had a varied view of the mountains at one side to the sea on the other. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the hotel was not full and therefore not all amenities where open, such as the second restaurant which, though unfortunate, was acceptable under the circumstances; in the main restaurant, all meals were served from behind barriers by helpful and friendly staff, there was always an excellent choice of fresh salad and cold dishes as well as freshly cooked dishes to choose from. As I have difficulty with mobility, the waiters had no problems with serving me drinks at my table or carrying my food, even without being asked. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful with the hotel itself and pools kept emmaculately clean and gardeners where in the process of tidying and replanting at the time of my holiday. There was always good supplies of antibacterial hand gel in all areas as well as access to face masks. The hotel has two elderly pet dogs who saunter around the reception area without bothering anyone, though all the children tend to enjoy petting them, I found this quite endearing. I made full use of the hotel spa on numerous occasions with Yusuf doing most of my treatments and massages. Yusuf was very kind and professional and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable as well as his massages being the best I have ever encountered! He even worked the morning he was flying home to his family specifically to do my massage, which was amazing and fully appreciated - you cannot get better treatment than that - Thank you Yusuf! The beach was within walking distance but with the intense heat, the free shuttle service to and from the private beach was a godsend. The beach area had a bar which also served lunch and free sunloungers which where very comfortable. Pool/ beach towels are available for a deposit which you get back at the end of your stay when the towels are handed back. I found it very safe to venture out into the local area and went on a couple of organised tours as well as trying parasailing on the beach. There was a full entertainment program throughout the day and evening. All in all, a fantastic hotel in a lovely part of Turkey which I hope to visit again soon, a thoroughly enjoyable and recommended holiday.

  Would not go back

  We arrived about 8.30 pm and was told the restaurant was open till 9pm, the food was disappointing, we asked for a high floor, they showed us to a ground floor, but they changed it for us, when we got into the room, there were no chairs on the balcony, the fridge was not working, we had to pay for Wi-Fi even though it said it was free Wi-Fi, there was no plug in the sink, lots of little niggly things, the following morning we were told our rep, Mehmet would meet us at 11.30, he didn't turn up, he then made arrangements to meet us at 3pm, he didn't turn up again, he rang our room and asked what we wanted him to do, told him, he asked if we were going to book excursions, I said I wanted the other things sorted first, he hung up on me and we never heard from him again in the 2 weeks we were there!! The Manager came to sort out the safe, which was faulty and had to be replaced, she was lovely and sorted all our problems out, we found out later, she is the daughter of the owner, she was very apologetic, the food is not the best, we ate out often, the people are predominantly Russian and Polish, they are very rude and arrogant, not nice at all, I cannot fault the cleanliness of the place, they are cleaning all the time and are very good with the Covid stuff, I personally would bot go back, I think there are better hotels, but for a much needed break, it was ok

  Great Hotel

  Me and my wife have just got back from a break away to Turkey and the hotel really made the experience extra special. Firstly all staff were great but a shout-out needs to go out to Christina & Firat whos night time entertainment, Daily games and funny, personable nature left us having a great time. They went out of their way to get us involved, take interest in our lives and make sure we had fun. Furthermore the water slides were great. For areas of improvement I would personally recommend the hotel serve spirits at the outside bars as beer and wine isnt for everybody. Also the Wi-Fi was chargeable which I personally believe it could have been free. Overall I would recommend Club Mermaid Village for couples, families and groups of all sizes & ages. Thank you Club Mermaid it was an amazing holiday.
