  Family holiday

  The resort grounds were well kept, but the 3 bedroom apartment was very out dated. Bathroom was horrible broken toilet seat full of mould and broken tiles. Bathroom floor had been painted over to try and hide how disgusting it was. Coming into the unit it was far from clean, hair and dirt dust everywhere. The washing machine didn't work even after staff checked and said it was fine. Without washing actually in it. Front desk hours of 8.30 to 4.30 was not accurate at all. Desk closed several times during the stay. So no way of speaking with someone if needed And made to feel a hassle when forgetting a key during open hours, so called management and waited 45 min. This was totally by accident not having a key to fort Knox. To then hear management the next day speaking about how much of an inconvenience we were. When they say self catering that's exactly what they mean, Not serviced even after 8 nights. After having several family and friends stay here over the years this is one place I won't be recommending to anyone else.

  This place is amazing

  Firstly just want to say IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Let me address a few things The condition of the building.. ok so the place is RIGHT NEAR the beach. There is going to be cosmetic damage to the building. It in NO WAY affects the inside. When we arrived the apartment was spotless and spacious. Clean carpets and no odours at all. The rooms are a great size and there are extra blankets in the cupboards if the one provided isnt enough. The security is great. Needing fob access to get into the garage and to the stairwells. Now let me talk about management. THEY ARE AMAZING GENUINE PEOPLE. I've seen alot of reviews on here and other travel websites claiming the opposite. Upon our arrival we were greeted with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. I've had numerous fantastic chats with management and they are lovely people. The resort is only 5 minutes down the road from the beach. I dont know why someone said it was half hour. The greenery surrounding the resort is an amazing atmosphere and management do a a great job of upkeep on the greenery and the pool area. The neighbors are quiet and considerate. The price is more than reasonable for the area. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish I stayed here longer. I'm going to miss the atmosphere and the friendly faces. If you're looking for a great location near the heart of surfers with great prices, look no further.   excellent place

  Steve took us in when we were in desperate need of help when our other accomodation went south. unti was immaculate grounds were nice, rooms are well aircon'd, sound proofed and good parking. facilities are excellent all round just a nice place to stay and steve couldn't have been more helpful. this was the 2nd time i stayed here and i wont make the mistake of staying somewhere else again

  Great location, comfortable accommodation

  We stayed at Mari Court for 7 nights and found the location and facilities more than adequate. Considering our stay was during high season the rate for a two bedroom apartment was very reasonable especially compared to other resorts on the Gold Coast. Parts of the resort and apartment are a little tired however the pool area and apartment were very clean. We had a slight mix up when checking in however this was quickly and professionally resolved. The location is great, situated 200 meters from the beach and in between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach (both around a 20 minute walk). Mari Court is a great value for money option and we enjoyed our stay here.

  We had an amazing 10 days at Mari Court Resort. Great unit, facilities & Management

  The accommodation and the entire Resort were immaculate. The Pool & BBQ area was beautifully kept and was the hub of the Resort, which is set in lush, manicured gardens. The Managers Karen & Steve were incredibly helpful & did everything possible to ensure we had a fabulous holiday at the busiest time of the year. The Resort is quiet & peaceful, yet only 5 mins walk to the beach. Take the Tram to Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach, or walk to cafes & entertainment. Suitable for couples and families. We will certainly return to Mari Court for more great holidays in beautiful surroundings and an unbeatable location. Yvonne
