  Excellent Rrsort

  Its a well maintained resort with beautiful plantation view. Rooms are big and clean. Nice swimming pool nice restaurant and clean rooms The resort staff is friendly we enjoyed our stay it was soo Gooood highly recomded

  Poor service

  Good location, big spaces. Shabby maintenance, hence the rooms had a musty, stale smell. We were three couples and each room had some problem. One room had no internal latches. Second had curtain rod that collapsed hence no privacy. Third room geyser not functioning properly hence second day we avoid having bath. None of the rooms had working intercoms, so we had to shout-out and clap loudly for room service. The food quality and restaurant was very good and was the saving grace. To add our troubles there was a group of rowdy, loud mouth, drunken male guests who were a nuisance till midnight, and woke up early the next morning to continue their revelries. The hotel management did nothing to curb the nuisance. This resort was booked for Sadashiv Pandit and party by Strawberi Holidays a division of Kesari Tours, Borivali branch. Prior to our departure, we had read bad reviews for Coorg County Resort and requested Strawberi to change the same but they assured us we not have a problem. Ultimately we had a lousy experience.

  Worst resort

  Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. No Geysers in Any room. Staff is unprofessional and works under influence of alcohol. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded hotel... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star! Note one more point: swimming pool without water...!!

  Utter flop..poor service ..unsatisfied ..very bad hospitality ..i never recommend to anyone..rude behave from the staffs no good service at all..loss of money, time and energy..gone all mood of vocation time

  It is a well maintained resort.we really enjoyed our trip.the rooms are big and its well maintained.They had well maintained an eco friendly environment. The staffs are very friendly and the food tastes like amazing We will recommend it to everyone .we will come back again....
