  amazing hotel

  Me and my mum have had an adventure of a holiday, with myself ending up in a wheelchair from a bad fall however the hotel could not of been of any further help! Just amazing. The hotel grounds are beautiful, very Greek style. There are many reviews of the rooms being outdated but the rooms are lovely, comfy bed, clean and a free safe! The hotel has two pools and a private beach, neither of which have been busy at these hard times. I particularly want to thank George the bar supervisor, Anastasia (waitress) amazing woman and David the waiter. Been incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I cannot wait time return! Would highly recommend staying here, you feel right at home Teri

  fabulous sea view

  I travelled on a very cheap deal ( during the pandemic) and was impressed with the room but thought the hotel did look like its been closed and forgotton for a few months ! nevertheless I enjoyed my 'covid-safe' experience and loved having the choice of sunloungers - I didnt stay for dinner as it was too quiet - so I found a bar across the road with decent food and nightly entertainment so I wasnt bored ! Staff were doing their best and I felt really safe at breakfast because everything was well spread out

  A little dated but still very good

  Initially I was a bit design my room as it didn't have a wow factor, but I had booked the cheapest type and after I settled in I realised it was fine. It was very clean with decent sized rooms and bathroom. The pool area was great as we had a 3 years old with us and he really enjoyed the kids pool. I changed my booking while there and the staff at reception and the manager were excellent. They could have made it difficult for me to amend the booking, but instead they understood that things can change and were more than helpful. Thanks Lee to me booking an additional 2 nights to my stay as we liked the place so much. We were bnb only and I found th breakfast very good with plenty of choice.

  Very good 5 star hotel with overal friendly personnel

  Being here in times of corona gave us some privileges you couldnt find in normal times. With only a minimum on people in the hotel you feel like a king. Beds and the room are cleaned more then often with a special thanks to the cleaning ladies who did there job in a enthousiast and passionate way day in and out. With all restaurants closed and centralised to one place, the buffet restaurant waiters do they outmost best to please you wherever they can. A special thanks to Alex who besides doing his job and pleased us a lot, gave us some value information about the hotel. There was however a minor thing I need to say about lunch. Why did the all-inclusive members had to go inside to the buffet restaurant, while non could have there lunch at the pool? This felt like an incomprehensible rule and we were certainly not happy about this. Why did we have to change clothes for lunch? while our fellow guests could have lunch in their swimming suits? The beds in the room are quit hard. So I went asking Thais from the reception to look for a solution to get a softer matras. I don't know if I have ever had seen a better rendition of the scene from little Britain (computer says NO) in my life than from Thais. There were no other mattresses, they were all the same ... The same about bikes from the hotel. We had an emergency and had to go to the pharmacy and asked Thais to rent a bike for one hour. She answered in her Little Britain style you can onle rent it for a day... So we had to walk and just saw the pharmacist closing the shop. a real asset to the hotel this Thais. But if you have backproblems just ask the housekeeper she will be pleased to give you a soft top. On the other side there is Valentina a real star behind the reception always smiling and trying to help the guests with plenty of enthusiasm. The hotel has 5 stars which it certainly desirves. Very good food lots of choice. A private beach a big swimming pool and magnificent saxophonist who plays all modern music at a wedding feast while we where there. And lets end with the magnificent view on the sea. And a last tip to the hotel : please add mojito to the cocktail list for the all inclusive members

  A privilege !

  I hadnt planned my visit to Coral Beach, but due to other holidays being cancelled took my chance to get away. This year has been hard and difficult for so many of us that I feel very privileged to have managed to get away. However that was added to by my experience at this lovely hotel. It felt very safe, and the staff where amazing, so helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean and although they were restricted to the service and restaurants they would normally have open they did an amazing job. Everyday lovely fresh food options for every meal and the option of an a la carte menus in evenings which was always a treat. I know the hotel was a lot quieter than normal times which had its bonuses, always sun loungers no queues which for me felt luxurious. My room had amazing view overlooking pool and bay and was cleaned every day to a high standard. I know its a difficult time for all the staff there aswell, I could not fault them at all, and would thank them for such friendly and professional service in these difficult times. I hope they all stay safe and well and that this great please stays open for others to enjoy.
