  We found this hotel last minute. What a fantastic find it was and we loved meeting the staff. Clayton who was the associate working the front desk, was a complete breathe of fresh air. He was extremely personable and engaging. He made sure to do the requisite things required by Marriott such as acknowledging our Rewards status, thanking us for our loyalty offering us the extra perks etc.. Clayton got us the rooms we needed but most of all Clayton treated us like family. In todays world the brand gets you in the door but the staff keeps you there. Clayton should be the brand ambassador. We believe the front desk makes or breaks a hotel stay. Clayton is the reason we will be using this hotel again. Congratulations Courtyard By Marriott for hiring Clayton and for allowing him to represent your Hotel. Clayton is going to continue shining as long as you recognize he has much more upside to grow. Please cultivate him by moving him up through the ranks. People make the hotel not the structure. Yes the hotel was clean and smelled great and had a good location but the staff here is the Gold standard.

  Loved it !!

  Great hotel in a nice location. very quiet. The staff are top notch. Clayton checked me in. He has a great smile and was very pleasant and jovial. It lifted my mood after a long horrendous flight into DFW. Hotel room is nice and spacious with plenty of parking at all hours of the day. This is my second stay in the last 30 days. I plan to make this my # 1 pick of hotel while in Dallas.

  Nightmare

  What a disaster! I understand there's a pandemic but do they want customers or not? Beginning at 3 a.m. heard yelling below my room. Then for the next two hours a series of six short honks and then sometimes two loud ones. There's no security. We begged Mario, the night manager, to call the police. He finally did. Still can't get my sleep back. Maybe drugs or something else being sold there out of the hotel. Minor issues were that half the lightbulbs burned out in lobby area by the TVs, printer/biz area not working.

  Excellent Customer Service

  We were affected by the winter storm in Texas. We checked in on 02/20/21 for 2 nights and once we got there and I saw the room I became upset because it would not accommodate my husbands disability needs. I spoke with Justine at the front desk and she and her manager was able to put us in a handicap assessable suite which was close to the door. We were advise the next morning that our water was on back on but the pipes burst and my sons room was flooded when we came home to check on everything. I called the hotel back and spoke with Juan and explain the situation and was able to cancel the last night so we could stay home and deal with the water extraction, plumbers etc.. I just want to say during this time we had beyond wonderful customer service. Justine was just a phone call away and would bring us anything that we needed so we wouldn't have to leave the room. Juan also made the checkout experience beyond effortless. There are enough words to express my families gratitude to Marriott. Thank you so much for helping our family during this time. Will come back in the future.

  Enjoyable Stay

  This hotel is nicely upgraded. Very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Easy drive to popular attractions and nearby restaurants. The Hotel restaurant was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, However morning coffee and quick grab n go options were available. Hotel staff was attentive and professional. I greatly enjoyed my stay.
