  An enjoyable stay

  Enjoyed my first visit to this Courtyard. It was a bit off the beaten path, but that kind of property always appeals to me. Clean, comfortable, and modern, this location featured a staff that was genuinely friendly and helpful. Several employees went out of their way to hold elevators and say hello. I was impressed! The bistro has an understandably limited menu, but my food was fresh and tasty. Special kudos to Donna, a thoroughly delightful lady, cheerfully working her tail off as cook, server, bartender, and chief dishwasher. My guest room was great for both comfort and workspace. I had a good deal of computer work to do and appreciated the desk space and power outlets. The bathroom was small and it's necessary to dance with the door. It worked out for one person, but could be a challenge for two. This property would not be a good location if you were without wheels. Very few places to go without a car or rideshare. Three stars for being entitely satisfactory, plus one for great staff attitude. If certainly stay again!

  The room is clean and somewhat nondescript which is fine for a hotel but this place lacks amenities such as bottled water or shampoo bigger than a tube of chapstick..talk about plastic waste..ditto for the conditioner and hand cream..i like the idea of dispensers attached to the wall after this experience. Ok, they have a lovely work out room with 3 treadmills, 1 stair stepper and 1 bike like machine, some weights but weird assortment of them and bench..TV'S- yes. Water machine but no cups but the manager apologized and got me a plastic cup. Hopefully that is a temporary situation..small, nicely done but very very limited There's an indoor pool which looks good but not my exercise choice. The attempt to be ultra modern falls a bit short and the contemporary art work tries too hard and looks harsh not interesting but art is personal so while i love contemporary and modern art, this was not my style and i won't take pictures due to copyright issues but the pieces reminded me of old Soviet style images of factory equipment. The place is functional and clean but seems to lack personality and a spark that Courtyards normally have.

  Not impressed

  Check-in went great. Got to my room and the outlets by the bed did not fit standardized plugs to hook up my CPAP machine. Therefore several times during the night my machine stopped working. The acai blueberry yogurt breakfast was excellent as well as the Starbucks coffee. At checkout I was charged $46 more then the reservation I had made and am now in the process of trying to get that money back.

  Quiet and comfortable but no breakfast included

  The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Very clean and well taken care of property I didnt notice that no breakfast was included, but an overpriced small restaurant take out was available. Theres fast food nearby, but not as handy Staff was courteous and efficient.

  Phenomenal staff

  I have stayed at this property on several occasions throughout the past few years; but I have to say that the most welcoming, most personable, and kindest staff member who Ive ever had the pleasure to meet was Rory. As a front desk clerk, Rory is pleasant, polite and helpful. I loved the fact that that he greeted me with a friendly smile {under of course the mask}. He always asked about my day, and we had great conversations. Rory also works at the breakfast bar, and I can say this- he is consistently enjoyable to interact with there as well! In short, Im sure Ill be staying at this property many times in the future. Im hopeful that Rory-or employees of his exceptional caliber- will continue to be employed by your organization.
