  Hotel comodo. El servicio dejo un poco que desear. Poco personal, pero limpio... El clima en abril muy humero con calor. Algo de lluvia. Habitaciones nuevas de buen tamaño. Volveria a llegar. Biffet completo y sabroso

  Nice Hotel

  Nice Hotel at fair price, friendly/quiet atmosphere, centrally located, free internet is offered, room was clean, breakfast was good. I have a very good impression for this hotel. It is clean, quiet and apparently well run. My room was specious enough with comfortable bed and bathroom inside.Staff should learn English language.

  Bad!! Dont go

  The hotel is not good. Food is very bad and not much around the hotel to go to for dinner your stuck! . Room service is extremely slow , no water bottle in room . Room is very old run down . Install the hotel you will find many Miskito flying , bring bug spray !

  Excellent

  Great hotel as generally Crown Plaza hotels are. Very good hospitality standards and fantastic outlets. The Chinese restaurant is stunning. The coffee house is offering great deals in terms of buffet brunch and dinner.

  Average hotel with friendly staff

  This hotel was booked as part of a private tour we were on. We stayed for 2 nights with a night in between. This means we had 2 different rooms. We found the rooms to be average. Nothing special. They were clean. Average sized. The beds were very firm. Our biggest complaint was the air-conditioning. Our first night in the first room was pretty miserable. The room never cooled off and we barely slept. When we checked backed in two nights later for our second night, we were given a different room. We requested a fan as well. This room did cool down much better than the last and with the fan we were able to sleep comfortably. But it did take a few hours for the room to reach the comfortable temperature. It was about 80 degrees when we arrived and dropped down to about 73 degrees. Not ideal, but better than the last room. The breakfast was average. Nothing special or different. We did find it harder to find food that was more to our western taste that was just bread. Because of the air conditioning, we would look into other hotels in the area if we were to go again.
