There is amazing place for family holiday. Restaurant and food are amazing and hotel location not far to kemer center. Best holiday. Specially entertaiment team are wonderfull. You can enjoy your holiday with them. Thanks crystals :)

Great Vacation
Me and my family spend 2 weeks att Crystal Aura hotel. We had great vacation and Hotels animation team did very good job. So big thanks to Deniz, Anstasia,Emin, Murat, Çan, Anstasia and Sabina. Hotels allinclusive was very generous. When we talk about the hotel it was good but not 5star hotel. The main reason for that is the condition of bathroom and hotel stuff in the restaurant. They was never smiling and never sad hi to us. I was in Turkey 10 times and thats first time I met staff like that. They was only focused on taking plates and other stuff from the table. If you fix those 2 things we will come back othervise we will not.

Nice hotel
Very nice hotel, nice environment, nice staff. Animators are very knowledgeable in their work and know how to employ people. Beautiful place, the hotel is on the seafront. I love this hotel and I think I come back here!!!

I would like to come to CRYSTAL AURA (KEMER) again and again!!!
First of all, please, I am calling on your reserve of patience because my review will be rather long and mostly it is addressed to the leadership and management of the hotel. I am really grateful to some people of the staff whom I communicated with rather often. I' ve been many times to Turkey staying in good hotels but I was really impressed by Crystal Aura during my first visit in October, 2018. It's a special hotel presenting all the opportunities for nice time spending and relaxing. A lot of guests speak and write about wonderful views, comfortable location, beautiful clear sea, nice territory with palms, flowers and green lawns, SPA, sport and beach facilities, vivid children and evening animation, tasty and variable cousine, etc. I fully agree with these enthusiastic opinions and share their rapture. All these things are very significant when you are on holiday. As for me, personally, I am usually paying attention to the attitude of the hotel staff to the guests. Maybe it is connected with my professional activity as I am an Associate Professor of the University, Management and Tourism Faculties. The atmosphere of hospitality, benevolence, readiness and willingness of the staff to help guests is clearly seen when you enter the reception zone. Friendly smiles, respectful attitude of the Reception Staff during my first visit to Crystal Aura in 2018 as well as considerate careful work of cooks and waiters at the bars/restaurants were the decisive factors for my second visit to Crystal Aura. And in October, 2019 I was here again - happy and pleased! DIANA at the reception recognized me, it was very pleasant indeed! In fact, Diana is a good-looking smart girl,very responsible and easy-going employee, always ready to solve any problems. It's pleasant to deal and communicate with Diana and her colleagues. I'd like also to say some good words about MIRIM - Guest Relations. I think she likes her work and is trying to do her best while helping guests. It's a well-known fact that cleanness and comfort of the room influence the spirits of the tourists. I was completely satisfied by the work of a young girl, BURJU by name, who was tidying up my Room 1301. She is a shy, diligent girl. The majority of the waiters, barmen and surely cooks deserve the praise for their efforts to make our holiday enjoyable. I've pleasantly been impressed by the compliment from the hotel (wine and fruit) and a Greetings' Card signed by Manager General Bulent Ahmetoglu. Of course all this made my staying at the hotel joyful and happy. Thanks a lot!!! Anyway, let me tell you about two things which upset me: 1.for the tour to Crystal Aura in 2019 I paid about $300 extra than in 2018. It's a rather high price, I think. 2. It is desirable or even necessary to have a qualified doctor of medicine capable to communicate in 1-2 foreign languages in addition to Turkish. In case of any serious health problems a Turkish medical nurse will not be able to help and the time might be lost. Best Regards
