  Pleasantly surprised

  I came away filled with dread after reading all the negative reviews on here and am leaving today having had a fantastic holiday. Yes the food could be more versatile but there was always something to eat and the staff in there are working their socks off and keeping everything covid safe. Big shout out to Ferhat our waiter who did an amazing job at looking after us. The location is perfect. This resort is totally secluded and as a result feels really safe. The adult pool was really chilled, the beach was beautiful every morning the views from there took my breath away. Our room was great - one massive bed and bunkbeds which we used as extra storage. Yes the balconys are tiny. I cannot fault the cleanliness of this hotel it was spotless I even witnessed the lifeguards ensuring the sea had no debris in it. The snack bar was great for an easy lunch and the bar staff were friendly and efficient especially Ahmed. I found a thank you and a smile goes a long way, I did find a lot of guests very rude just shouting orders at them. The entertainment was ok but we made our own most nights by chatting to other guests. If you are looking for 5* luxury where you are waited on hand and foot this isn't the hotel you want but to be honest for the price of the stay I think this place is a hidden gem and we will be back.

  Could be a superb hotel with great staff but let down by loud Disco music all day..

  A good hotel in a superb location, with friendly helpful staff that really made it.. Food ok but not exceptional, but with enough choice to satisfy.. The Bay and water were superb for swimming.. But nowhere on the beach could you escape the loud Disco music that goes most of the day and night and spoilt the holiday for us.. Shame, as when the music occasionally did take take a break, it was idyllic.. Everywhere was very clean with good Covid compliance.. Again a big Thank You to the staff that really made the holiday for us..

  Good value for money

  I too reading reviews was not sure what to expect.But was pleasantly surprised.Great location right on the beach with a couple of jettys.Plenty of sunbeds everywhere including adult pool.We used waterpark as beds more comfortable and was always guaranteed a spot. Food was Ok.dont expect a full english but was plentiful and Covid restrictions in restaurant and throughout hotel.Disco music? Had it on at time for activities but plenty of jettys to escape hustle and bustle.Drinks good.entertainment not much but couple of good bands.Ahmet does a great job and works very hard keeping guests happy and serving his cocktails.But Mehmet with his magic mask in the Clam bar really made our holiday and evenings so much fun and laughter.Not only did I get supplied with endless Brut.he fixed my husband's dentures amongst and exceeded all aspects of Customer Service.Thank you to Mehmet from Lady Diana for a great 10 days and to all the staff we had a fab holiday

  Love this place

  Have missed traveling to this place during 2020 and will visit again ASAP, The hotel offers us everything we look for in a holiday and we have found every trip meets our requirements. I have used this hotel chain for both pleasure and business always receiving good service and always well looked after. If the hotel has one annoying thing for me its the fact that due to the industry it has a constant change of staff for bars restaurants etc and following our first visit back in 2016 have never found the staff quite as good as our first visit. We would give a special thumbs up to the Crystal Green shop amazing service great staff ever helpful, and a lover of Jaffa Cakes! will see you again ASAP

  Great option for a vacation

  I've arrived early in the morning, so I've had to wait until my room is ready. I've left my luggage in a storage room, changed and went to chill on a beach. The beach is located in a beautiful bay, so I've grabbed a beer and enjoyed the view. The room was perfect, big, well light and always clean. The cleaning lady was so nice to chat with! Restaurant has a wide range of food and beverages. Also every evening there was all kinds of entertainment, live music, performances. The hotel stuff is well educated, knows multiple languages and just pleasant to talk with.
