  Fantastic

  Wonderful little guest house. Adults only so nice and quiet, perfect for a chilled relaxing break. Andrew is absolutely lovely and the perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. Our room was quite small but the furnishings are well-positioned to utilize the limited space. Prices are terrific, a 4-star place with 2-star prices! Definitely recommended for a couples weekend.

  Lovely guest house

  Lovely place to stay in Blackpool. Andrew was friendly and welcoming and our room was comfy with everything you need. The whole hotel has lovely decor! If we were to spend several days in Blackpool again we'd definitely stay here.

  Quaint

  We arrived Friday 20th Oct for a 2 night stay. Staying in the small green room. Room was perfect for what we needed even the very small cupboard like bathroom although the room could have done with a good going over with a duster that was the only bad point of the stay. The TV wasnt working properly but Andrew was informed and was looking to sort it out. Would stay again its in a perfect position for a walk into town and nightlife.

  Pleasant stay

  Stayed here for one night over Blackpool Pride weekend. Andrew was really welcoming and helpful. The room and ensuite was nice and clean, bed was comfy, couldnt really ask for anything else. You dont get breakfast but there are loads of places within a short walk to get some breakfast.

  Britney weekend

  Booked here for the Britney weekend, checked reviews first as I have stayed in some basic shabby B&Bs here before. Andrew the guy who owns it was lovely and helpful. Room was perfectly nice and clean. Talking to people in the concert we realised we had definitely picked really well.
