  El aspecto exterior es bueno, las habitaciones no están mal, pero se queda un poco anticuado en cuanto a instalaciones, pasillos, ascensores, baños,.... Por lo demás, cama correcta, limpieza bastante bien, desayuno muy bien ( para no ser en España ;) y personal tanto en recepción como en el bar muy atentos.

  A little annoyed and disapointed

  We have been staying here a few times before on our way from Denmark to Italy, and we have always liked the hotel, although the rooms really need airconditioning or at least fans as standard. The rooms are very hot during summer! This time, we were quite disapointed about several things: 1) The wifi wasnt working due to service (please try again in a few minutes) and the staff couldnt care less. You shouldnt advertise with free wifi, when you dont have any. 2) The waiter at the bar was extremely rude and arrogant. Apperently he was ill with a cold, which was bad for him, of course. But also bad for us as he was coughing all over our table and drinks. And again, he was really arrogant and rude and probably should have stayed in bed that morning. 3) The hotel should just remove their minibar. Besides one mineral water it contained nothing. Thats just making fun of people. 4) The burger with truffel creme newer saw a truffel in its life. It was just an ordinary burger, so just order the classic one 4) They charge you for parking on an open parkinglot outside the hotel. Shouldnt that be included? Or maybe at this point, Im just really annoyed. 5) They had already charged our creditcard eventhough we specific asked to pay in cash. A minor error. Could happen to anyone, but at this point we were just really annoyed. And one more time: they really need to do something about those hot rooms. Put in a fan, install aircondition, do something. Other than that, we quite like the spa and wellness area, the rooms are okay (besides the heat and the ridiculous minibar), the beds are comfortable and the rooms seem clean. Also, for the most part, the staff is friendly and helpfull. But as a 4-star hotel, they need to step up a little!

  Very poor hotel

  We checked in to hotel at 1600hrs into a first class business room on 5th floor, room was ok, quite spacious, but bathroom old and dated. However the air conditioning was not working. Returned to reception to complain and was offered another room, but AC was also not working. Both rooms were very warm and considering the high price that we paid this was wholly unacceptable. The receptionist tried to get hold of his colleagues to offer a solution. I was told that the technician was only available to come to the hotel the following day (as we checked out) I requested another room to view, this had not AC and was also too hot. We decided to get a drink in the bar whilst the receptionist tried to find an alternate solution. After waiting for another 15 minutes, I went to reception to advise the receptionist that I wanted to leave and cancel the booking. He replied This was not possible as the room had been charged and prepaid, and this was a condition of the booking. I advised him that the hotel was not able to fulfil their part of the contract, i.e. offering me a room that I was able to sleep in! so you have to give me a refund. I asked to speak to the owner, I eventually got the full refund and then travelled another 1 hour to get a decent hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

  Short business trip

  I visited this hotel on a short business trip. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable and the breakfast selection was varied and tasty. My only negative for the hotel was that there was no WiFi available in the rooms unless you paid for it (only free in the lobby) which, in this day and age, I find very unusual but I suppose it's a nice little money maker for the hotel.

  Good!

  Nice and so comfprtable! It is a goof place to stay as long as your trip to Ingolstadt allows you. The breakfast is really good and it is only 4km away from the old town center. Perfect for relax a bit in between shopping or Business
