  Just awesome

  Amazing hotel, awesome romantic sunsets and delicious food. Rooms were cleaned properly, stuff always nice and helpful. Animation team was full of energy and evening programs made me laugh and amazed many times, thanks to Riccardo, Chiara, Samuele, Vlady and Assia :) i can only recommend!!!

  Great animation team!!!the beach is awesome!the personell very good,i enjoied my stay there and one more time thanks to animation team Chiara and the gang !!!!the pools,the gardens are great and the staff very welcoming!!!

  A nice hotel with a private beach in a very good location and with a very helpful staff

  Location: approx. 40 minutes drive time from the airport (by bus), situated at a beach and providing direct access to a number of restaurants, bars, pubs, shops etc. Hotel complex: very attractive with lots of greenery, 2 pools with sunbeds (main pool with sea view has also a small pool for little kids), bars, restaurants, kids playground, a tennis court, minigolf, a gym. The outside area is very clean and nice. Bedroom: we were accommodated in a bedroom for 2 adults + 2 kids, the kids had bunk beds. The bathroom requires some refurbishment, although it has everything for basic use (bath, sink and a toilet). The room is equipped with a fridge (with a small freezer), TV, a safe, laundry dryer on balcony. Not enough storage area (such as wardrobes, shelves etc). Restaurant with all inclusive option: I was expected more sea food to be offered, otherwise no complaints. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Beach: narrow sandy beach (for approx. 2 rows of sunbeds) COVID-19: Considering the current situation, the hotel provides a pretty safe accommodation option. The access to the bedrooms is only outdoor (no common internal areas have to be used, even not for the bedrooms on the 2nd AG and 3rd AG), the restaurant provides sufficient outdoor seating. All internal areas (restaurant and the reception) are well aired. The meals are put on plates only by staff. The sunbeds are disinfected after each use. Others: The hotel staff is very helpful and responsive, even in the case of technical problems.

  Disappointing

  We were a party of six adults and one child, the room was nothing like the photos, very tired looking and in need of make over. The hotel facilities were very good,clean and the pool bar and pizza bar also very good, good choice of snacks and drinks and the staff very friendly.the beach area was also very good. There were never any sun beds as they were all reserved very early in the morning against hotel rules, but over looked so we had to pay for ours next door. Also the food in the restaurant was not good, we ate there the first two days but then went out to eat, very bland. The breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean and their efforts to keep guests safe from Covid very much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay but the sun beds and food was an issue.

  Not on your nelly

  Just spent 7 days in this (all inclusive) hotel. Room clean but very dated. Balcony was not secure. Not enough sunbeds for people staying at the hotel and poolside staff totally useless. My wife and I & our 8 year old girl were left to sit on a table. Towels left on beds all day but never used. We had to purchase 2 sunbeds from the next hotel along for 10 a day. Just not good enough. The buffet meals were disgusting, resulting in my daughter only eating breakfast at the restaurant. We spent all of our holiday fun cash on eating out and couldnt go on excursions as planned. Pool bar staff were very pleasant and helpful and coped well with the current COVID 19 situation. The top bar and pizza guy was also very good but just not enough. The reception staff didn't even ask if we enjoyed our stay and just took our room key with no pleasantries. I would not recommend this hotel but the location was lovely. The sunsets on the beach next to the hotel were amazing. Entertainment was hit and miss. Would struggle to give it 2 stars on a good day. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The only good thing was being able to be away from home for a short break.
