  Cheap Hotel, Superb Service

  Beside the lack of cleanliness in the area, this hotel is beyond my expectation for cheap hotel. I book this hotel just for a quick one-day nap near the airport, but surprised for services offered by the hotel. Besides basic amenities like towel, soap, tissue, this hotel offer free shuttle to the airport. They have a garden to chill too, perfect when travelling with children.

  Not worth it even at the cheap price

  Yes, the hotel is the cheapest in the area of the Solo airport, and it's the closest hotel to the airport. However, the beds were the most uncomfortable we have slept on in a very long time. I got up several times during the night just to exercise the sore parts of my body that came into contact with springs. Two of my family members were allergic from the AC units in two different rooms. They need to be serviced and cleaned. The grounds are lovely, the staff friendly but that is not enough to rate any more stars on this review. The hotel shuttle is only a Toyota Avanza which was a challenge to fit my party of eight with our luggage. We informed the staff how many of us would be traveling to the airport and when. It would have been nice had they informed us of the size of vehicle beforehand.

  Quality Sleep

  On a mad dash from Medium as the train was late to catch a flight from Surabaya, and no flights the following day, Solo was the only option and next a bus ride was the only option to get to solo which was something like one of those horror rides at the fair only million times faster. Arriving at the Solo bus terminal we arranged transport thorough d Green Kayon and they were very prompt, and I was very happy It was an older style classic building, with well-kept grounds, I had a fantastic night sleep and in the morning , a standard Indonesian style breakfast was available which quite nice. Finalising my adventure the hotel arranged a driver to the airport, and at conclusion of my stay they were very friendly and helpful in every way possible, it was a good price could not more highly recommended d Green Kayon.   Food beverage is terrible (sorry)

  Missed the flight and had to stay near airport, location wise is I didnt plan to make a negative comment since it isnt leisure hotel buuttttttt, they ran out breakfast at 8.30am! The Front Desk said theyll top up the food, waited, but then the kitchen staff came in and he said thats all the food left: quarter pot of cold soto, rice and some fish (no more top up) even the coffee didnt have milk. I wasnt angry com im tryin to understand the circumstances, but i let the front desk knows that the food is not enough, and i left without breakfast And the day when i checked in i ordered watermelon juice, orange juice and guava juice but the orange and guava juice was terrible! Its like a half glass of syrup and ice only, or id say it was a sugar juice, really taste like half kilo sugar in it Just notes from the room, AC seems not working (not cold) and no toilet paper provided in the bathroom, no soap but they changed all the bed linen and fresh towel Thank you for the lovely staff theyre all friendly and helpful, especially Fera (morning Front Desk) who apologise for the breakfast drama. Good luck with the refurbishment
