  Clean, nice location, Cheap and friendly hotel

  Originally booked for 1 week we stayed for nearly three weeks. I am writing this based on the star rating. Pool area was clean however pool a little dirty but didnt stop us using it. The Mai Thai boxing stadium is adjacent so do expect some noise in the evening on fight nights however normally over by 11.30. All the staff where helpful and always done what they could for us. Breakfast - only downfall but its included in room so your choice if you want it. WiFi - lobby only, not a problem for us as how wants to be on your phones when you have Thailand to explore. All bars have free WiFi so never bothered us

  hotel alejado, personal atento

  Alejado del dentro de Ao Nang y de los restaurants y demas , no andaba el servicio de Laundry , tenian rotas todas las bicicletas, los pasillos siempre llenos de sabanas en el piso como haciendo limpieza permanente, no tenia wifi en habitacion. lo positivo, la piscina , las vista , la chica de la recepcion muy amable , habitaciones muy amplia con ventanas

  Not a good stay

  The hotel stands aloof from the main area and is quite far off from Ao-nang beach. It does not have an elevator and we had senior citizens traveling with us. We had rooms in the 4th floor and it was very painful for us to climb the stairs each time. Breakfast was horrible with only bread and butter and tea. We had to run after them to get eggs and coffee. On the last day, we had brown water coming out of the shower, probably filled with iron. The hotel staff did not understand english and it was a pain explaining them our problem. The wifi only works in the lobby area.

  Decent hotel located far from the main area

  The hotel is located little away from the main road and the beach. If you need anything to eat or buy, you need to go to the beach road. It is not easy in the sun to walk to beach road. Rooms were clean and decent. The staff at the reception were helpful. Wifi works only in the lobby.

  Very disappointing!

  I know this place only has 2.5 stars but I was so disappointed! The pictures look great and it could be . . . But it's not. Hotel was deserted with empty corridors and broken sun loungers. Staff were unhelpful and breakfast unavailable. When we complained that only 1 sun lounger was not broken, we were told new ones had not yet arrived. However, I can see this is a long standing complaint with this hotel. Better to pay a bit more and go elsewhere. I wish we had!
