  Excellent Property, Excellent Service

  One of the best places we stayed in while on a month-long holiday across Turkey. Far from the madding crowd, this posh bungalow-style hotel is set in the midst of almost an acre of green lawns and has well appointed spacious rooms all overlooking the well maintained lawns of the property. The interiors are well designed and the property is well looked after by its dedicated team personnel. The lawns are well maintained with swings, hammocks and comfortable outdoor sofas for you to enjoy the outdoors. The whole place gives you a feeling of luxury and comfort. The staff members are particularly helpful and we were really impressed by the high levels of service provided by all staff members some of them as young as 17 years. Truly a loving and caring atmosphere. They even have bicycles you can rent for excisions to the lake side.

  Nice but not on the lake.

  It is a nice very small hotel with friendly staff. There is a railroad between the hotel and the lake and can't be reached easily by foot. Yet there is a bridge leading to the lake. The rooms are too small and furniture is too simple with too small TV screen. They need to add kids ground and remove the dogs. Dinning area is very limited with small kitchen and varieties.

  "Nice, clean but not on the lake"

  It was a very clean hotel. Their staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast and it was very delicious as they were all natural food. The quality of wi-fi in the rooms was not very good.

  Small but very nice Hotel .. !!!

  The hotel is located in a small town call called Sapanca. It is small but with nice sittings .and great helpful staff The price, however, is high compared to the facilities. They have a daily standard breakfast The most surprising is that the owner of the hotel is also the driver, the chef and the waiter .. !!! Although the internet is free but it is terrible

  Noisy traffic spoils this lovely, small hotel

  This hotel is ideally situated near the Sapanca Lake along which there are numerous restaurant/cafes with wooden piers out into the lake. It is within easy driving distance of Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen airport. Unfortunately it is between the busy E80 dual-carriageway and a railway line and therefore it suffers from constant noise which can be heard at night even with the windows closed. The staff were attentive and helpful although despite what is indicated on their website few of them are capable of understanding or speaking English. On checking our credit card bill once home we felt we were overcharged for the room service delivery of two bottles of water and a sandwich at nigh on £30.
