  Muy recomendable!

  Alquilamos un cottage dos parejas amigas y no nos arrepentimos. Os recomiendo este sitio si viajáis dos parejas pues disponen de habitaciones individuales y de apartamentos con dos dormitorios y dos baños. Son duplex con un salón comedor cocina muy amplio y muy confortable Gran calidad de sueños es las camas y almohadas son muy confortables El desayuno es muy abundante ( ninguno de los cuatro nos lo pudimos terminar) y gente muy amable en recepción ( especialmente agradable fue el chico joven que nos atendió al llegar y en el desayuno) Las vistas son maravillosas ( pues está ubicada la casa en medio del valle) La conexión de Wifi es muy buena Muy buen sitio para hacer excursiones por Gales y Snodonian Recomendable!

  Beautiful little Gem

  I stayed here for a couple of nights over Christmas with my son and our dog. What a beautiful place it is surrounded by stunning Welsh scenery. The rooms are fantastic in every way, and the staff are lovely. Basically I cant fault it. I would definitely recommend it and well certainly be stopping here again. Xx

  Very comfortable, well thought out spacious accommodation

  We stayed in Arran Cottage and we were really happy with it, Lots of room downstairs and a sizeable bedroom which slept 3 no problem, great bathroom. Out side was a parking spot and really nice patio area.

  Do not believe the reviews. We arrived and it took some time to find our room No one around to help! We assumed that when we booked our room would be in the main house as there are no photos of the rooms in the very tired outbuildings opposite the house. On entering the very small musty smelling twin room we opened windows for some fresh air and unpacked. The open wardrobe shelves were broken and the bedside table drawers had not been cleaned for some time. However we thought ok, we will make the best of it. I then noticed one of the beds looked as though it had been slept in and just made up. Not fresh ironed sheets as one would expect. I then lifted the duvet to find FOUR FLEAS!!! Jumping on the sheet. Disgusting! I eventually found someone to speak to and went to the office to speak to I assume the manager. She apologised and told the guy to go and hoover it. Will that be ok she said. She then offered to give us a bunk room for a night then move us again. By this time I had lost any trust in them to provide any decent accommodation. She gave me a number to ring to stay in and left me to ring it myself. Crap customer service. Also the guy who I spoke to first said the fleas were fruit flies. Sorry mate, fruit flies DONT jump. Booking.com need to look into this B&B

  A little disappointing

  Lovely setting with a nice clean room but was disappointing not to see anyone to welcome us or to check all ok, breakfast was listed as additional when booking but found out that no breakfasts currently served, I understand with current COVID issues changes have to be made but this was not a cheap nights accommodation. From arriving to leaving we spoke to no one making the stay a little disappointing, pillows not great also, such a shame as with a little bit of effort the stay could have been excellent.
