  Awful

  We booked this hotel prior to our trip to Cambodia and were really excited by it based on its description and photos. When we arrived very few locals knew where it was so it took a while to find. When we did get there and checked into our room it was nothing like we were expecting. The reviews stated balcony and sea views and we did not even have a window! When this was raised with the staff they blamed it on the description being incorrect on booking.com. The pool was also 1km away, having to walk around s building site to get there. To cut a long story short we checked out next day and found much better hotel

  Overpriced dump, stay away.

  This place is a fair way out of the town and no taxi drivers know where it is. It is in a run down block of buildings in the middle of a construction site. The pool in the pictures isnt theirs, you have to pay $10 to use it ($5 for entry and $5 for a hat - you cannot swim without a hat). My room was small, dingy, with low a ceiling and very little natural light (I learned some of their other rooms have no windows), and I can only imagine that the $125 per night rate is aimed at price-gouging unsuspecting Chinese tourists. The beach is very nice and tranquil, although there is trash strewn around the sand. The staff are friendly but not very helpful. I left after my second night and found a much nicer and larger room for a quarter of the price. If you want to enjoy Sihanoukville, dont stay here.

  Save your time and money- Go elsewhere!

  We booked this hotel and read the reviews later. As seasoned Asia travelers we werent too concerned and thought the poor reviews might be exaggerated. They were not. The pool is under repair for the next two weeks, there is no where for breakfast which is supposedly included. The room is windowless (deluxe room) and no toilet paper but plenty of mosquitos. The entire site is a construction zone, as is most of Sihanoukville sadly. No tuk tuk or taxi knows where it is and it costs approximately 10$ to get to the more happening areas of town. Also the beach smells of raw sewage, though the sand was nice-ish. We ended up paying 50% of the first night and refunded the next two. I think the hotel is used to complaints and is aware the photos are completely misleading. Save your money and your time and just book somewhere else.
