  Muy elegante!

  Tuvimos la suerte de quedarnos en Año nuevo, estabamos impresionados con la calidad del hotel, el ingenioso diseño, el buen servicio y el delicioso desayuno, muy buena fiesta y muy divertida estancia.

  Agradable lugar

  Muy bueno. En un tranquilo lugar. Personal excelente, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno. Cómodo para llegar a él desde la estación de tren de West Ealing, estando dicha estación a 16 minutos del aeropuerto de Heathrow. La estación de Ealing Broadway, estación de metro, está a unos 15 minutos caminando desde el hotel. Lugar agradable y tranquilo para descansar del bullicio del centro de Londres y ver cómo es la vida en un buen barrio londinense. Sin ninguna duda, volvería a repetir la experiencia.

  Wonderful friendly hotel with family run feel.

  I mean't to review this hotel months ago before lockdown! We have stayed there twice and all the staff are so kind and helpful and always went that extra mile. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable and it's great value for money. The food is great and the bar is clean and tidy. There is a lovely back sitting room for quieter chats or informal meetings. The location is good, with the train station just across the road, West Ealing shops and Waitrose round the corner and a very short drive or bus ride into Ealing Broadway. There is also parking at the back of hotel. Also it was such a long time ago I don't have any photos, sorry.

  Popped in for a drink with a friend.

  Sat outside as per the rules. A couple sat at the next table but kept moving until they finally settled. Also, noticed the staff dont sanitise the outside tables after each use. Not good. They just put the chairs up against the tables after each use. Pointless. Until they improve their covid-secure procedures, wont be coming back for some time. Also no heaters outside.

  Nice Pub Setting

  I stayed here at short notice after the hotel I originally booked was too awful to stay in. There was free parking available and the hotel is surrounded by lots of local shops and restaurants and 2 mins walk to West Ealing train station.The reception was at the back by the stairway and looked a bit messy, like a sorting area. Check-in was a bit long as I needed to fill a form on my phone before they could check me in. Next to the reception was a bar area that was big and cosy with lots of seating and seem to specialise in local Gins. In front of reception was another bar seating area where breakfast was served. For breakfast a menu was given where you can choose one item so I picked the full English which came with toast and a drink too and was included in our room rate. The reception area was not manned all the time so when I had to go back downstairs to get the WiFi code I waited ages for someone to come and I ended up having to ask the bar staff. The hotel is quite deceiving from the outside as the inside is a lot bigger than it seems. Long carpeted corridors bring you to the rooms with armchairs, vases, and pictures scattered along the way. As you come into the room there was a built-in hanging section with the safe, iron and ironing board in and 2 sections for shoes. In the opposite corner to the door was a desk with a mirror above and on it was bottles of water, Nespresso coffee machine as well as a kettle for the tea. There was also hot chocolate and biscuits. . On the wall opposite the bed was a large flat-screen TV and an armchair with a free standing lamp in the corner opposite the desk. Next to the armchair was a non functioning fireplace with pictures above the bed giving the room a homely feel. The standard double bed had a brass bedhead and 2 wooden bedside tables either side with open compartments. The view was of the massive outside area which had a playground, table tennis, play house and BBQ area with plenty of seating. The marble looking bathroom with chequered flooring had a shower, toiletries including a shower cap, a single sink with a mirror above and a magnifying mirror besides it.
