  Serenity at its best

  Quiet and serene, friendly staff, nice decor and spacious gardens. Just need to improve on the security at the gate (thorough check up by the security personnel who should be armed) and create a spacious hall to accommodate a big number of participants. Also the WIFI connection was not reliable and needs to be improved.

  What a joy to spend a week here at this hotel . Good food , very clean rooms and a great staff . I would recommend this for short stays . Wonderful relaxing place The one thing that was great was the clean linens on the bed everyday. Clean towels every day . The staff here went out of there way to Accommodate every need .

  maximize on the remaining issues and every thing will be perfect for example the entertainment in the rooms and also the cleaning should be on time and the security at the gate should also be improved

  Warm,friendly staff

  We arrived and were greeted warmly by staff who took our cases from the cars . Food was freshly cooked and we had no complaints ,only that we often waited a long time for meals ,and they didn't always arrive together ,but ,you do have accept the situation that this is Africa,and kitchens aren't like ours. All the staff Sam,Mercy and Emma on reception Nathan the manager and all others were always polite and very helpful ,we loved staying here and will certainly be back next year . P.S. have you invested in a kettle yet ?

  Restaurant only

  This is probably a nice hotel, but their restaurant leaves a lot to be desired! We sat outside, early evening. Took a very long time to be waited on, and communication was almost impossible! A place that caters to tourists really needs to be able to understand English! When we finally got our food, it wasn't what we ordered and was really expensive - much more than it appeared when we ordered. We asked for African Coffee and got black. Very disappointed. Wouldn't go again.
