  Lovely boutique hotel

  Dune a modern boutique hotel with 5 rooms. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Communication with the owner and staff was seamless. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Guests can use the large pool (opposite the hotel) which is situated in a beautiful garden on the premises of the owner. We really had a nice stay in February 2018.

  The definition of Boutique

  I have stayed here before, and each time I have had a different room, I can confidently say you wont find better in Hua Hin. This time I was in room 1, on the ground floor, it has it's own entrance away from reception and opens on to a small pool for your sole use. The room itself had everything you could need and all in good order. Comfortable bed, quiet A/C, and a large bathroom with shower and a bath. Breakfast is served on the top floor, and was very good. I was there a week so had use of the owners pool. a real treat, right on the beach, and for the most part all to myself throughout. There seems to be some complaints about the stairs, but I didn't have a problem, and the distance from town is solved by asking for a taxi from reception from the small number of staff, all of whom are excellent. In short if you are looking for a place to stay in Hua Hin this is the place for you.

  Fabulous Boutique Hotel

  The Dune Hotel is fabulous small hotel about a km or 10 minute walk, north from the centre of town. The rooms are large and modern however the bad news their is no lift so you have to climb the stairs to roof top breakfast and pool. There is roof top pool and a large garden pool. The breakfast is table service cooked to your personal taste and likes, there is a menu however I found it was easy just tell the chef what you would like and it was serve to perfection. The staff were so helpful and professional nothing was a problem.

  Very pretty boutique hotel

  This is a lovely little boutique hotel with just a few very nice rooms and great staff. Breakfast in the balcony with views of the sea are fab. Def recommend it but note the restaurant and bar are no longer open. Thank you guys for a great stay x

  Tides

  People must be aware of the tides and the effect on the beaches around the properties in this area There is no beach available at the property all day. In some Seasons with the high tide, you will only have beach in the early morning. In other seasons you will have beach in just late afternoon
