  Wonder Hotel-great for a short stay in Colombo, Sri Lanka

  The staff, service and hospitality were all top grade. The breakfast buffet was more than satisfactory, no complaints about that. The manager, Irfan, made every effort to see that the guest had what they wanted. Very useful tips and advice was also given by the luggage porter, Kassim. Nicht gefallen · Food and drinks, other than the inclusive breakfast can be had cheaper outside the hotel. I would recommend "Elite", the restaurant just around the corner opposite the mosque for Chinese and Indian cuisine. For day tours and such, refuse the hotel's overtures, cheaper ones can be had from Lotus Cabs (Telefon: +94 917 223 223). I found it a bit annoying that almost every member of the service staff begged you to post a good rating of him and the hotel on Trip Advisor.

  Excellent customer service

  My staying in this hotel was good, the front office experience with Ms. Farzana was excellent, she is a kind person and informative with good knowledge on the tourism, business and culture. The location of the hotel is very good,the parking area is available, very clean in maintenance,

  highly recommended

  I can highly recommend this beautiful and super clean hotel with its really polite stuff. Isharra from the reception helped me with all my questions and needs. Breakfast buffet was also really good. From the rooftop pool you have a nice view at the sea. Rooms are beautiful with animal prints on the wall.

  Its really a wonder

  My first visit to the Hotel and it was truly an amazing one. The staff of the hotel are so humble and patient and extremely quick in resolving any issues. I was given a room with sea view as per my request and i just loved it. The rooms are not that big in size but they are good enough and really clean and tidy. The food at their restaurants is amazing and delicious. the lobby is really nice and peaceful and their cake shop is a delight. I had a lovely experience with my stay at the hotel and I would love to visit again. Its also very convenient and provides fast access to shopping malls and cinemas. Lastly i need to mention one person specifically who was the chauffeur to be provided to guests on demand. His name was Sam and this guy was so good with his knowledge of the places in an around and also well versed with the tourist locations in and out of Colombo. A great guy with great knowledge and extremely humble.

  Excellent Birthday Party

  My Son's 1st birthday celebration had at Wonder Hotel Colombo Rooftop. The event was handled perfectly by Mr. Supun. the menu we selected was an action menu, Food was delicious and the PREMISES was beautiful, looking forward to having our events. tHANK yOU!
