  Buenos apartamentos

  Buenos apartamentos. Bastante limpios, amplios, bien equipados. Buen wifi. Parking abajo de edificio. Primera línea Del Mar. Hay bares y restaurantes cerca pero es recomendable tener el coche para moverse por la isla.

  Much worse than it appears

  The photos are quite misleading as the place is actually a bit run down and tired. The local area is grotty, as is the beach opposite. The road outside is very busy and very noisy and the windows in the building do little to keep the sound out. Id never go back!!

  Great Apartment near Old town and next to the Beach

  I've stayed 2 times there already in 2 different studio apartments with my wife and have to highlight: some reviews here don't fit to my experience! It is way better then the average rating. These Apartments are better than most 4 star Hotels I've visited in Cyprus! Rooms are quiet new furnished, clean and host is very friendly and will give you all recommendations that you need to make your stay great. Some of the houses in the neighbourhood are old and look ugly, but that applies to half of Limassol unfortunately

  Booked 2 rooms for our family (2 adults and 2 children, 5 and 3 year-old) and my in-laws and then after seeing the reviews here I was closed to cancelling the bookings. Really glad I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. Since I live in Cyprus and have an office close to this place, I already knew that the location, proximity to the sea and the Municipal Park and the general facilities around are very good. So after encountering very attentive customer service from the first contact and seeing the cleanness of the rooms (no cockroaches, no funny smell in the room, etc) my mind was put at rest. Each room has everything you require for a self-catering accommodation. I guess all the negative reviews that can be found here have been addressed by the management. We are already planning to return, well done Eden Beach Appartmets team!

  5* Quality Apartments

  What a very pleasant surprise. Do not look at the surrounding area, which is tired in places. Look up at the verandas and you won't be dissappointed. Go inside and you will be very pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was very tastefully decorated with all the necessary facilities and more. It was VERY clean and very comfortable. There is also a very well kept roof-top swimming pool with sunbeds and showers. All clean. There is a small gym too. A well situated apartment.
