  AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST DO NOT COME OR STAY HERE

  First of all stats there is air conditioning but you must pay them 70 euro for it and this is a take on as i refused and got to my room and it was on without paying any money Second of all staff are rude and ignorant and 1 bar man told me just to f**k off which is no way to speak to the residents And finally there was a terrible smell coming from the corridor and room it actually made me nearly be sick and the bed clothes were dirty blood on them the bathroom had holes in the walls shower head was dirty and blue moulded also there was somebody's clothes still in my cupboard that the cleaner refused to remove my fridge was broken and could not be used there was holes around plug sockets i can assure you I will never be staying at this hotel again and i would be surprised if thomas cook ever use the hotel again as they are removing club 18-30 entirely due to this hotel as it has recieved 130 complaints this summer and 25% of the complaints came from this hotel alone also it's at the top of a very big hill and not close at all to the town so location is not good at all so if you want a nice clean hotel AVOID this place and if you dont you will be very disappointed

  Dirty place

  The most dirty and noisy place I have ever step into, better in a train station than this place!!! I cannot close an eye the whole night, you don t even have who to complain about!!! It is 4:30 in the morning and I write this review, I didnt even imagine that such place can exist.

  Avoid! They ruin our vacation!

  Their picture on booking are deceiving, it realy looks like in jale, the furniture is broken an old, in the toilet it was toilet paper and something yellow, they try to make us pay for the air condition even it apears in the description of th property, their attitude is terrible, they didn't want to refound owr money.

  Shame!

  From where to start for this hotel ... The worst hotel I've ever been to my life, better to sleep on a bench rather than to sleep in this dirty hotel ... The first day we entered the room, the room was dirty and especially the WC, even though we were late check in because they were supposed to be preparing it. The next morning we left and we were hoping that when we get back we will find the room cleaned ... They did not go all the way to the room or change toweling ... We told it to hotel's manager and she replied that they do not change towels every day...We also told her that there was no soap for our hands and she answered ironically, "we are not a five star hotel."  Towels were not changed and when we went to ask by ourselves there was only the bartender who ironically told us to wait until tomorrow. .. The same night that we had come from outside, parking lot was closed with chains and there was no room to park ... The next morning as we slept, I heard some loud noises in the toilet and woke up ... THE CLEANERS HAD COME IN OUR ROOM WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING ALMOST NAKED!!! In the pool it is forbidden to have your own snack or drink. If you bring yoyr own they tell you to leave or if you want to stay to buy from their own snacks or drinks. The shower were flooded cause of beach sand and the toilets were flooded too. I was going to ask for help from a cleaner and there was no one there, so I had to clean it on my own. Last day, assuming check-out is at 12, we heard at 10:45 the cleaners chatting out of the room with another woman to drive us out of the room. And this woman was the cooker. Which, with anger, unlocked our door and slammed into the room and began to say "Get up and leave !! Check out !!" these were her words. She did not respect anything even though I was completely naked and sge didnt even care. Also wouldnt go again for the following reasons: A / C is 70 extra for 5 days ... Wifi 5 per day ... In the 5 days of our stay towels were changed only once and because we chased it ... Sentonia were never changed !! I'll add and photos to see how dirty the room was and the mattresses we slept... Shame!!

  Avoid this terrible hotel

  First we arrived to the hotel, we reserved 3 rooms they only gave us too rooms and told us that they are fully booked although we reserved the rooms before 1 month and a half And they refused to give us back our money, and the receptionist was so rude. About the rooms, you can check the pictures!! Horribly dirty Cockroaches everywhere And no one comes to clean your room, only once a week, and if they do they enter the room without asking people and while theyre sleeping!!
