  Relajante y un poco resort familiar a la antigua

  Está a 25 minutos de Quebec y junto a un lago precioso, perfecto para relajarse un día o dos después de muchos kilómetros por carretera viendo ciudades. Es un complejo con spa, yoga, Pilates, kayak, playa, paddle surf, piscina... el complejo no es grande y es moderno, las habitaciones muy guapas mirando al lago y el edificio de madera y respetuoso con el paisaje. Me recordó un poco a Dirty Dancing en moderno y sin bailarines . El personal muy joven pero amable. Los niños se lo pasan en grande. La comida decente. Nuestra habitación era lateral, miraba al lago y tenía una habitación, salón con sofá cama y mini cocina (solo microondas) -243. Muy limpio. Si no estuvieran a miles de kilómetros de distancia volvería a menudo.

  LOVELY FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE

  This was our first short getaway since the advent of Covid-19 and like many Canadians, instead of traveling to far away places, which is the norm for us, we chose to stay in "La belle province" of Quebec. Trip Advisor had great reviews of Entourage sur le lac and since it was only 20 minutes outside of Quebec City, a newer resort (2018) and on a lake, it was the first choice. And a great choice it was. We stayed in Penthouse 18, a corner suite which was a spacious PH with a lakeview, two balconies and a small kitchen that spilled into the good sized living room which housed a bed chesterfield. There was one bedroom with a comfy king sized bed and one of the balconies off of it that had a partial waterview and the other balcony, off the living room with a full floor to ceiling view of the beautiful lake, The kitchen had an island with seating for six, a good sized fridge and freezer (neatly packed away behind modern cupboard doors), and a microwave, teeny but functional all the same. The bathroom had a tub and an open rain style shower which tells you how large the shower is as it is not enclosed. The hotel itself was modern and chique and there was great attention and detail to ensuring Covid-19 safety standards with hand sanitation stands everywhere and guest required to wear masks indoors. The great thing about booking a PH is that a scrumptious buffet breakfast with immense variety of foods is included which we were able to take out and eat in privacy, taking in our incredible view of the pristine lake. You can eat in the restaurant if you so choose. We also took out sandwiches (yummy smoked meat) and wolfed down smoked salmon pizza - to die for! Also included with the PH is access to a VIP room on the PH floor, not like the VIP rooms "pre-covid" as this was not manned and there wasn't any food, however, you could self-serve yourself a cappuccino or a soft drink and water, 24 hours a day. The hotel has paddle boards, kayaks and a paddle boat for guests to use, first come first served, as well as some bicycles. The weather was a tad cool for us to use the small outdoor pool as well as the hot tub but that didn't deter many of the guests who availed themselves of these lakefront amenities. There are also lots of red cape cod chairs, hammocks and chaise lounge chairs available if you just want to take in the water view. The lake was beautifully clear but the weather chilly so we didn't swim, however, we took the paddle boat for a spin around the lake. I have to commend the front desk and restaurant staff at the Entourage for their professional and courteous service -- always a smile and very cheerful, even when we peppered them with a billion questions each and every day, whether by phone or in person -- they bent over backwards to serve. The true test of any place is whether or not we would return and the answer is "yes" in a heartbeat. Thank you Entourage sur le lac for our brief but happy short break.

  Very Very nice place with family!

  Amazing, the lake is beautiful, rooms are very modern and clean. Staff was perfect every time we need something. We will be back with and without kids too. Kayak and paddle board are free on the site!

  State of the art Hotel !

  I have been traveling to this wonderful hotel for the last 2 1/2 years. I travel on a regular bases for work and I am very happy with all of the accommodations that they can offer me despite of the Covid-19 restrictions. The rooms are even cleaner than what they were before(which they were already very clean before Covid) They follow all of the sanitations rules and I feel very safe! It's the last place that I would ever worry about catching the virus. That is how clean this place is. I am very eager to go back to the great restaurant once it will be open again. The one thing that Covid was not able to take away from us is the spectacular view of the lake. It's a must see !!!! Do I recommend to family ? Yes, 100% ! I go with my wife and kids as well and we are always well treated. They have great activities on the lake for the winter and summer as well for adults and kids. What can I say, I just love this place and you will too once you visit ! :-)

  Superb Resort

  Excellent hotel for a weekend getaway. Staff especially helpful. In winter there is ice skating on the lake. Near Le Relais downhill skiing. During pandemic food is ordered from restaurant. Food is just okay since it is takeout.
