  3 star hotel without air-con

  Overall the stay is ok as the front desk borrow me the small table fan. The hotel is strong with the energy saving, so the corridor is dark and light up by sensor. The door lock is the key type. The room will feel stuffy if no open the door at the balcony side at the night time. The wifi signal is strong. Try to get the room with odd number if you don want to wake up by sun rise in the early morning.

  Good Hotel

  I was here during my trip in East Europe and booked this hotel as was very close to client's office . Very low rate , but very good hotel ; cleaned room , good service , amazing reception . i suggest this hotel for sure . i hope to be again their guest as soon as possible

  Entirely adequate

  For what we paid for the room and breakfast - next to nothing - it would be unfair to criticise this hotel. It's about a 15 minute walk from the centre of town, in a place where there is little choice of accommodation. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, but basic and old-fashioned. We had (a very inexpensive) lunch there on arrival, and I have to say that my veggie cutlets were surprisingly good, and obviously freshly prepared. Breakfast was basic, but fulfilled a need. Staff were pleasant, even if check-in was painfully protracted.

  3 stars hotel

  We stayed in this hotel because of some family event in this city, in general the hotel is nice, the staff very friendly and very helpful, the hotel looks like hotel that the Russians built 40 years ago, someone clean and keep it running but generally everything is old, no air conditioning and all furniture is old, have to say the hotel, rooms and specially the shower was very clean. So to sum up.. Old hotel, nice crew, big rooms, clean but totally 3 stars hotel. BTW.. Nothing to do around the hotel!

  The worst experience of my life.... Never again

  This hotel as they would like to call it, is the worst Ive ever stayed at... Our original plan was to stay for the duration of 3 week tennis summer camp. We ended up leaving after after 7 seven days. The reason is in the pictures Im posting... I woke up to the ceiling falling on my face at 4am. No apologies or compensation from the hotel. It was the worse experience of my life... Ill never stay again or even recommend this place to my enemies to either. I would highly recommend the neighboring hotel... excellent service and amenities its called hotel Jana
