  Best staff in Turkey

  I have visited this hotel a lot of times over the years and haven't been dissatisfied with the hotel or staff, especially the hotel night receptionist Ali who has always made me and my family and friends feel welcomed and loved during my stay at hotel flamingo he is very wise and always very professional he even taught Me how to say basic things in Turkish like hello how are you he has always gone above and beyond. And I will definitely be coming here and no where else when I visit Ölüdeniz. Id like to say a big thank you to Byron the owner also sercan working behind the bar and Ali the receptionist you all have made my stay beautiful. Till next time Reagan x

  Not full inclusive

  This hotel is advertised as all inclusive by travel republic but when I checked with hotel I was informed that it was all inclusive LIGHT , Ive never heard of it before, so its not much more than full board, what a con.

  was ok

  good place close to the sea, good pool, and open till late evening staff are not very friendly especially at reception coffee only for breakfast, in food find a fly and piece of plastic, the tables are sticky, stick your hands, even though they are cleaned after each can not sleep long, very earl cleaning rooms at 8:00 - 8:30 :D :D

  Saved by the hotels personal

  Long story short ...is not a 4 star hotel, but it came be a pleasant stay because of the staff. It was an all inclusive vacation and you should know what you buy :) The hotel - is pretty close to the beach next to the main road and the promenade. The see side of the hotel lets you see everything but the see and in the evening is a bit noisy because of the traffic. On the other side is very quiet, very. The rooms are spacious and easily can fit 4 beds. The furniture is basic and there are only 2 electric socket. Its quite clean but and if you leave a few leva it will be way cleaner. The food - you have choices even if you eat vegetarian. After two days you may find dishes you had in previous days, but ...in the end is good food. Kids - you have some sort of playground, but because is the only choice for so many kids is not in a very good shape, still is safe. There was no other way of entertain the kids Pools - there are 2 and one for the kids but it didnt look very appealing to me. WiFi - free only in the lobby and quite expensive if you choose to pay. If you had some business it was difficult to work. Parking- not so many parking spaces available but there was a choice just outside in the back. Personal - nice, working non stop and one of the good things about the hotel. Points of interest - 15 min by car to Nesebar or by no1 bus (2,5leva) about 35 minutes

  My friend's family holiday

  I would like to thank to the Reception staff their kindness! They were so helpful with me and my friends. At the very first day my friends arriwed with broken car in Bulgaria, from Romania, they were on the road, they speak no english,so I made the phone call from Romania,spoke with the hotel,and they made the connection with other staff (I didn't catch their name ) to resolve the problem with the transport and the car service. My friends were also very satisfied with the staff,they felt very good. Thanking you your patience and kindness! Good team. Wish you all the best!
