  Great hospitality & wonderful experience !!

  Mr. Rupesh & Mr. Zubair have been very cooperative and helpful in organizing my wedding at Fortune Park Centre Point. Both have demonstrated a high level of professionalism while taking great care of my family & guests and assisting us extremely well from start to the end. All of our requests were nicely handled and delivered on time. The service & hospitality provided is 10/10 and I will highly recommend the venue to others.   The best hotel of the city with great service and food

  I found this hotel as one of the best hotel in the city. The rooms are very comfortable and nice. The food was excellent and hygienic. The staffs are courteous and proactive. The spread of buffet breakfast was phenomenal. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Best hotel with awesome service

  My experience was very nice in this hotel. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. the food was very nice. Buffet breakfast was very good. the rooms were very comfortable. the staffs were also very humble and nicem. my special thanks to Bhagmat a guy from housekeeping department. thank you for making my stay nice.

  Wonderful hotel and best in services

  This is really a best hotel of the steel city Jamshedpur. The quality of food is awesome specially the buffet breakfast. The hotel is nicely maintained. The rooms are very comfortable. The overall experience was very nice.

  A hotel with an Empathetic Soul ......

  Can hotels have souls? Yes, I believe they do! And the reason I say this is because ...... I was in Jamshedpur due to a sudden bereavement in the family and had to stay at the Fortune Center Point. From the time I walked in to the hotel without a reservation and requested for help from the GM, Mr Anindya Das and the Front office Manager, Mr Zubair, I was helped and assisted every moment by everyone in the hotel. The F&B manager, Mr Rupesh and his staff made sure I was meticulously served the special food that is prescribed during the bereavement period and the housekeeping staff were ever so helpful with every small need for me and my family. Everyone treated me like a family member and I really felt that I was being taken care of people who are my very 'own'. I recall all their assistance and support with a lot of emotions and gratefulness! A thousand thanks to the GM, Mr Anindya Das and his amazingly empathetic team for the special kind of customer orientation that transcends emotional boundaries .... these ladies and gentlemen are the true assets of ITC ..... the soul of the company!
