  Excellent service!

  Really have to commend the staff team for attentive and excellent service provided to my family. Front desk and restaurant staff alike were very attentive to even smallest details like a bottle of water. Only one regret that the room was really tight. Understand the premium on space in middle of Kangnam, but the design of the foyer part of the room with narrow corridor was too tight even to turn around. Otherwise, would be glad to return to this hotel.

  great hotel!

  Its a good hotel walking distance to resturants and mini mart. Easy access to taxis, buses, metro. $6-8 to major sites by taxi. Breakfast is very good, especially the Korean food and offer ample western options too. Service is excellent and special shout out to Peter and Ethan for being so nice and HELPFUL! My colleague lost her phone in taxi and Ethan went OUT of his way to help her.

  Good stay

  I chose this particular hotel because the airport bus limousine stops right in front of the four points gangnam for a reasonable price of USD$16. This was the perfect location to walk to gangnam the famous plastic surgery part of Seoul but there are numerous restaurants, cafes, beauty as well as clothes shopping to spend your days here. Transportation to other parts of Seoul will require the bus, trains or cabs to maneuver. Translating the bus and trains will need Google translate. My room was located on the 15th floor and was a magnificent height to catch the sunrise...although I had my first 2 days of wonderful snow storms...which I loved. My room was perfect for 1 or 2 people and 2 large suitcases. It becomes a tight squeeze otherwise. Team Four Points Sheraton Gangnam were awesome and very helpful with information. Thank you for a very hospitable and peaceful stay.

  One of our favorite Seoul hotels

  We stayed here for 2 nights as it was close to Apgujeong and Sinsa and was not disappointed. The area is great and there are many cafe, restaurants, and coffee shops close by. It is a really trendy area. The room itself was very nice. We had a minor room problem that could not be fixed that evening so the staff immediately upgraded our room to a premier room two doors down. The premier room was a bit bigger but had the same room features. We stayed on a higher floor and the view was incredible! Both rooms were modern with an interesting setup. The shower and toilet were two separate rooms but the washroom portion was in the main room. Just a warning to those staying here and perhaps sharing a room, once you shower you basically have to step out to dry off and place your clothes on. There is no privacy outside the shower stall which is large but probably not a place to get clothed after a shower. We did not mind that set up for what it is worth. We did not try the food at the hotel and the gym was closed due to Covid when we visited. We totally plan to return to this hotel in the future!

  Superb View, Warm People & Service, Best Location, Taking Extra Mile - my 5 months stay in Four Points Gangnam

  I have stayed in Four Points Hotel by Gangnam for 5 months+, from May to October 2020. This is the hotel take extra mile. Warm people. Great service. Best location. Superb View. I am so fortunate to be there. First, extra mile. Before out of quarantine, they were the only hotel out of more than ten hotels that I contacted, to take all the trouble to contact authorities, to get all necessary certificate and document, to fulfill pandemic government requirement for hotels. No one else did these, just refused me. And the person helping me, was Ethan. Second, Warm people and Great Service. Ms Jennifer Lee, the General Manager, was so kind to meet me for insightful chat over coffee just before I left Seoul. I know each of front desk people. Jimmy Hwang, the manager, and his team would greet me every time see me, by my name Mr Chow. Jimmy helped me a number of things out of his capacity. Bruno helped me moving my lot-of-things when room change. Other staffs help me a lot too Sophie, Josephine, Grace, Leah, Claire, Jinny, to name a few. Whats more, I was always surprised to find snacks, cake, or cheese platter complimentary from hotel when I got back room, even more surprising was the Chusoek paper fan, and Chuseok traditional snack that Jimmy personally brought over to me in the room, and Jimmy in traditional costume! Third, Best Location. You cant imagine how convenient it is. Walking distance to Garosu-gil, prime shopping and dining area for youngster and tasteful people; also nearby is Dosan park and Apgujeong area, where all the local and international luxury names are there, plus having highest density of Michelin starred restaurants. No trouble at all to get taxi in front of hotel, or subway / bus all are nearby. Last but not least, there is a nice park on a small hill opposite to hotel, where I had jogging every weekend! Forth, Superb View. Four Points Gangnam is the tallest building in the neighborhood. Every room are with more than 180 degree panoramic view of several kilometers. Seoul tower, mountains, Breath-taking sunset! I am sure I will be back Seoul, I am sure I will return Four Points Gangnam. Its my home in Seoul! I miss you, Four Points Gangnam!
