  Good Choice to stay and shopping

  Great place to stay and shopping in one area. only a few steps walking to Tunjungan Plaza. Thank you to Oktalia ( front desk ) who helps to arrange my rooms also Mega, Sandra ( FDA ), Adit ( Lime restaurant ), Housekeeping team who made my stay are wonderful. Tips from me if you traveling with family choose twin beds ( perfect size ), my room is clean, Buffet breakfast is great. Parking is free. I will recommend this hotel.

  Excellent!

  One of my best stay! Stayed here last weekend, check in process, handled by Oktalina, was a superb service. She accommodate my request for staying at a higher floor room. She did inform basic things I should know during my stay before I even asked. The room was cozy as expected. The bed was great, four best pillows, 42" TV (? probably bigger than 42, not so sure) with complete channels. Other room amenities were complete as advertised: electric kettle, coffee, tea, iron, refrigerator, hair dryer, torch, slippers, hand sanitizer, toiletries. Note: the labels on each lamp panel are really helpful! I have read some reviews before my stays, however, I did not experience the same bad experience like the others, the managements must be doing their homework. The provided mineral waters were 2 bottles of 600ml (not 330 ml). The towels were in very good condition, it was soft, white, and clean. They provided 2 sets of towels, each set consists a bath towel, a hand towel, and a washcloth. They asked for parking ticket to be stamped during check in AND check out time. The breakfast was superb!! Though it was crowded, the staffs were agile. Coffee and tea were served fresh by the staff. Hats off to Husni who check on my table (and other tables) several times to ask whether I need something. The breakfast selection was one of the best one. I did not have any complaints about this. Really enjoyed my breakfast time. Overall, it was a great experience to stay here and absolutely will be back again.

  Very nice hotel with central location

  My stay at Four Points Surabaya has been a very pleasant experience. Hotel is located in central of the city. Their staffs were very helpful and friendly. Lim, the bar tender served us delicious drinks and recommended nice local food. One annoying part is the elevator. They only have three elevator serving the whole hotel. During the pademic time with limitation of fours persons per car, the waiting time can be very long.

  Very wonderful stay experience

  Staying in Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya was very memorable. All service from front office, housekeeping, and all staff in the restaurant are very friendly and attentive. During this pandemic situation, when checked in process I particularly like the way your staff Rangga deliver the health protocol very well-implemented and extremely helpful. Upon departure thank you for the flexibility late check out given by Ms. Sandra Devi. The room also was very nice and comfortable. Another plus value is the connection of this hotel with Tunjungan Plaza Mall, as well as the hotel's strategic location. Very satisfied, and definitely will come back soon.

  Best Hotel near Tunjungan

  If you drive and parking in mall , you should counting 5-10 minutes for go out from Building . Overall superb bed , superb Staff , superb Hotel facilities and Superb Breakfast . I like the atmosphere in Breakfast Restaurant I wold definitely stay here again Great escape to the Tunjungan Plaza Mall
