  Beware

  Just an average caravan park,but BEWARE if you book in advance check your booking before arrival. We booked 6 weeks in advance and paid 4 weeks in advance only to be informed on arrival that our booking had been canceled Paul

  Not recommended

  Awful experience here. Booked 2 nights recently. After arriving given no 4 motel room. Lots of noise around pool area, no internet, and when opening the blind in a very small room, the people sitting on the verandah looked straight into our room therefore no privacy vs light. When talking to the reception couple no interest or concern shown. Told no other options as full however we could have been moved on second night. Very unresponsive management. Would advise keep driving.

  Just what the doctor ordered

  Have just recently left after a very relaxing 3 week stay, i booked a serviced workers cabin and was very comfortable with ice cold air conditioning ( very handy as the average day time temp was over 30 degrees). The staff and other occupants were warm friendly and approachable with a shopping center and Grafton City Center minutes away. Didn't get a chance to do much exploring inland but did travel to Minnie Water and Woolii for beautiful coast line.

  Awful managers

  Shortly after arriving I witnessed staff and residents being yelled at and abused by management, It made for a very uncomfortable experience, the park is a mess with little to no effort to maintain it. Very poor I will not be visiting again.

  Grafton Gem!

  What a Grafton gem! The Glenwood management team were tremendous. Very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a grassy powered site, close to the pool over the Christmas/New Year period. Great sized sites that were very well maintained. A quiet and peaceful location away from the main part of town. Very central to the beautiful North Coast beaches. A great base for our day trips. Facilities were very good. Showers and toilets were always clean and in working order. Amazing water pressure! Great camp kitchen. Awesome BBQ and plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Picnic tables were scattered around the park for use by campers. Smooth, safe roads for the kids to ride their bikes. Pool area was great with lots of seating. There is a large lap pool plus a smaller kids pool both clean and with plenty of shade. Thanks again for a lovely stay.
