  Awful experience!!!

  Conclusion Dont spend your money on this resort that has mediocre quality support staff. Based on a friend's recommendation, we had reserved a room at this resort in February 2021 and unfortunately, had a worst experience. I had been to many other resorts in Hyderabad but never ever had such a forgettable experience. Here are some of them: 1. One of the major pull factors of this resort is The Minar restaurant and to my surprise it was closed. Neither it was informed anywhere on the website nor the booking executive told us. Seems like the resort management just wanted to add bookings by not disclosing such important information at the time of booking. 2. The room service was horrible. The housekeeping staffs were some sort of trainees who had no idea on what to do. On one occasion, we had asked for 3 items. The room service guy first got us one item and forgot the other 2. Then he got the second item and forgot one again. We faced the same issue again. They were looking totally confused. For this kind of sub-standard service, the resort charges premium price. Such a shame. 3. We were lucky to book a place for the dinner (last 2 slots were available when we booked) else we would have to have dinner in the room. For so much hype created about this resort, the resort only has a few seats for the guest for dinner. During dinner, I had seen them turning away guests who could not book a place for dinner at the pool area. The resort management can reduce the number of bookings when there is no space for guests to have dinner. 4. We were provided a complimentary cake which was a great gesture. We got the cake once our dinner was over, so we had asked the concerned staff to pack it and we will have it later. He got the cake packed and kept it in vertical position. When we opened the box, the cake was broken into pieces as it was packed incorrectly. This is the kind of staff this resort has in the restaurant who does not even know how to parcel a cake? 5. The table tennis balls were of inferior quality. TT bats were in bad shape. Quality of other sports facilities were also of average quality. I may recollect a few more such experiences but no point. I even brought this to the notice of the resort manager, but he simply said we are really SORRY for the bad experience and ..

  Lovely stay at Golkonda

  Visited this resort with my parents for 3 nights. Divya at the front office and Guest executive Himani were always so cordial and helping on every aspect of our stay in the resort. Intent for us was to relax and the resort is a definite do visit again on my list. Its tough to find such elegant resorts in a city, have already recommended to a couple of friends. The best part used to be our night dinners by the Mist pool side, the ambience was a woww factor..and a special mention about Miss Fatima , what a wonderful person .. she was so amicable and my parents had a wonderful time talking to her every night. She used to make it a point to check on all the guests seated and get their feedback and ensure a lovely experience for the guests without fail.

  Lovely stay at Golkonda

  Had an amazing experience for my wife's birthday. The entire stay was managed very well by Miss Himani. Would definitely recommend the stay and the spa. Would like to thank Himani for the wonderful customer service

  Excellent stay experience in Golkonda resorts and spa

  Visited golkonda resort with my family. It was an amazing trip. Except the disappointment of not having the pool open yet, rest of the stay was excellent. A suggestion to the management to setup a kids play park, as absence of pool makes it boring for kids. Food quality imporoved a lot compared to the last visit. Suraj das from Vitro restaurant made our dining experience much better. However, dinner time was prolonged due to very slow service which can be improved. Best hospitality service from Miss Himani, for making the efforts to make our stay and the overall experience much more pleasant and delightful.
