  Charming Overnight stay at last minute

  We booked on the day as a couple and were lucky to find a spot as good as this. As there was some space at the Inn, we were upgraded. It's only a short walk from the entrance [ 1 min] and is very easy to find, which is most useful if you have luggage or just didn't fancy long walk. And the landlady is a delight.

  Great place

  Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and quite charming! Staff was very nice and helpful Small and intimate. The price was very good for such a nice room. Our first visit to the area and it was too beutiful.

  Traditional guesthouse inside the castle!

  A traditional guesthouse inside the castle with wonderful view in the sea wall of the castle. Clean and convinient view at very logical room rates. Ask for room 1, it has an excellent view of the region.

  Wonderful hostess

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Monamvasia and particularly at Goulas Hotel. The room was clean however the room we stayed in was quite small but that was to be expected. It was great value for money. Great location in the old Byzantium town.

  Wonderful stay for family group of 12 at Goulas Guesthouse.

  Wonderful stay for family group of 12 at Goulas TraditionalGuesthouse, inside the castle. Each couple/family had its own unique room with ensuite and mini fridge. Accomodation is basic but clean, and certainly authentic. Only a short walk from entrance. Rooms with terraces were large and ample for 12 to sit around with evening drink..had AMAZING views. Air conditioning in all rooms. Communal Kitchen very basic but workable (if you can be bothered to cook). Dora our host was great, very helpful with requests and local information, and also helping with getting luggage down the cobblestone pathways and steps! Would highly recommend - GREAT value for money and amazing location. Excellent for group bookings.
