  good hotel with big room for delux. the most importen are the hotel located in the midle of surabaya city make easy to walk and visit mall and garden in the surabaya city. and easy to access from other location

  Strategic location hotel

  Strategic location hotel. Very near with tunjungan plaza mall, east java governor office, gubeng railway station, submarine monument. Old hotel but already has been renovated. Regular breakfast. Poor laundry bag, using market plastic bag

  Good Location, Old Building

  The location is walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza Mall. So if you are considering to go shopping, this hotel should be your choice. This hotel has beautiful lobby but unfortunately the building and furniture are old. When I opened the bathroom's door, I could hear crack noise and it shocked me as if the ceiling would fall down. The hotel workers are nice and kindly. They manage any request well. The breakfast menu is various enough but the taste is average. For 4 stars hotel, overall I can say only good not best. Hope the hotel management can make right improvement for the future.

  Great hotel with super friendly check-inn staff

  As a first timer in Surabaya I had slept in Inna hotels in other places in the country before and selected therefore this hotel. The spacious lobby and the friendly personnel made one feel at home. The room was large enough and the the bathroom and the shower were clean and modern. Also here the restaurant for dinner was strangely empty and lacked atmosphere, but the service was prompt and the staff efficient. The food was prepared well and was tasty. The in-house spa provides for in-room treatment as well. Workroads in the environment of the hotel give a little more difficult approach, but the large shopping mall Tunjungan Plaza is very nearby and can easily be reached on foot.

  Classic hotel

  I found a good deal and decided to stay here. The hotel is located in the busy city center. As others mentioned, the hotel is pretty old. I can see wear and tear in the room. The design is also old style. The staff here is very polite and the service standard is good. They have full facilities unlike smaller hotels nearby. The mall is across the road and crossing the road is challenging. Anyway, it is typical im Indonesia though. The room charge is quite reasonable, so it is budget friendly. I paid similar amount in Laos a month ago and the hotel was no star. Considering the hotel class, it is worth the money. It is good for travellers who want budget friendly, but need the hotel with all facilities.
