  Excellent hospitality

  Currently staying in the hotel. Excellent food and hospitality by Mr. Bharat who accomodated all of our requests. Excellent housekeeping service by Bilal, Sarfaraz and Aijaz. Got a taste of Kashmiri hospitality. My kids felt at home. Overall a wonderful experience on our first vacation after lockdown.

  Excellent hospitality at the hotel

  We were staying at grand Mumtaz in gulmarg. Special thanks to Mr.Bharat for making our visit memorable. He proactively took care of all our requirements and we never felt away from home. thankful for this.

  Amazing property

  The hotel is located in haven,food is delicious and the service is excellent.The manager under the Name of Bharat was very helpful and courteous. Thank you team Grand Mumtaz It was really a memorable visit. Snowfall was like icing on cake.

  The location of the Hotel is execellent you can see snow and llong trees from t rooms food is good staff at the reception and kitchen and all the rooms boys are very nice the manager st the hotel is also very courteous The only thing is the bathrooms need to be up graded too much noise at the coorider cannot sleep or take rest dur to noise of the guests mr bharat the reception staff very very good its an asset to the hotel

  An outstanding service & courtesy shown by Restaurant Manager Bharat made our stay memorable. He was amazingly taking care of all the Guests. The Hotel Rooms are comfortable but aging. Bathrooms are of Basic standard. Both Rooms and bathrooms need renovation. Staff was very courteous. The location of the hotel is very good and the exteriors are really appealing.
