  Clean, Spacious & Value for Money

  Clean room that comes with a king sized bedding and with a window opening. Toilets are clean and comes with hot water heater. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is located nearby to many good eateries and cafes.

  Good location

  The location is good as there are many eateries around this area. Was given a room that doesn't have toilet roll, shower gel and the toilet bowl seat was full of urine stains and worst the phone is not working. My hubby went down to the reception to inform the staff Richard and he immediately came to the room and apologised to me and often to change a room. Went to the New room and discovered that there is missing fridge and when back to the first room and carried it over. Thru out the whole stay in grand world hotel Richard was always helpful and polite. Without this employee I would have given 1 star. Will I return to this hotel, maybe yes because of Richard's service.

  The worst

  We checked in around 3.30pm and shortly after that there was a power cut for almost 30 minutes! Unbelievable! The phone in the room was out of service too. Room wasnt properly cleaned as there was an empty beer can under the bed. The AC took ages to cool the room. It was such a miserable stay. Definitely not recommended.
