  Close to bus stop

  Staying for 1 night in King Room A with a cheap price. Eventhough it was said "No Window" but I got the room with a window. The room was clean, the bed is big and comfortable. Overall, it was a nice budget hotel eventhough some parts of the room was worn out. The staff also can speak a basic English and quite helpful. It is not within a walking distance to the railway station if you need to bring your big luggage, but it will be an easy walk with a backpack. Also, the railway station can be reached via Tourist Bus no 1 or 4 from the bus stop in front of the hotel. The long distance bus also near by.

  The A to Z of how not to run a hotel.

  From our arrival at this hotel, chosen for its proximity to our intended site visits and a reasonable review rating, my wife and I were subjected to rudeness and smells not associated with any place serious about good customer relations and guest comfort. The two front of house staff were rude, did not welcome us in any way, were unsure what to do and demanded money without explaining why it was needed. We had to ask where the room was located and when we entered after a further trip to reception to activate the key card, were treated to a strong smell of mould from the bathroom which lacked an extractor fan and or window and water which pulsated low to high pressure constantly. The windows did not shut properly and the air con was noisy. These were the most memorable highlights of our one night stay. I could go on, but won't in case someone thinks I am a professional complainer. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Excelente ubicación pero no es lo que esperaba

  El hotel está muy bien ubicado puedes llegar caminando a la esta estación del tren y es fácil moverte a otros lugares, también está cerca del Jardín más precioso y templos. El hotel no tiene agua caliente, huele mucho a cigarro, y nadie en recepción habla inglés, sólo tienes acceso a internet si estás en el living Room, ya que no llega la señal a tu habitación. Si no eres exigente este hotel esta bien para ti, puedes comer muy rico al lado del hotel o bien hay una tiendita tipo oxxo donde puedes comprar dulces chinos (muy raros, pero ricos), té, sopas tipo maruchan en la habitación tienen una jarra para calentar agua, esto es muy bueno porque puedes tomarte un rico té o bien preparar tu sopa.

  Price is cheap but beware of the smell

  The staff was very accommodating even she's having a hard time trying to understand what we want because we are 5 person when we go there. They gave us a room in the second floor with a twin bed at first they won't let us stay in one room but when we explain to them that we just need some place to put our things while roaming in some tourist attraction in suZhou they let us stay in one room. But same with the other reviews you can smell the cigarette upon going up in the second floor and while we are checking out and waiting for our passport i try to used toilet in the second floor but not in our room its like a public toilet or staff toilet the smell was terrible.

  close to the bus stop and supermarket

  The hotel was ok, not really clean and the heater is not working properly. Room was ok, breakfast is so so. The staff is helpful even they don't speak English, and place close to supermarket, bus stop and easy to find food.
