  Exceeded my expectations

  We stayed in this hotel at the end of September with my family and we had an amazing time. The hotel is very nice and the room was really big and clean. It actually looks nicer in real life than in photos. The cleaning ladies were very nice and polite (as was all the staff). The food was great, a lot of options, very tasty. I have a picky 2 year old that ate well on this vacation. We also tried two a la carte restaurants, the Tex-Mex was awesome, the Bulgarian one was ok, but has too many courses and too much waiting time between them, so I wouldn't recommend it with a small child. We loved the beach, we even had the chance to get in the sea a few times. The pools look good too, but the water was much too cold in the period we went it (we did expect this though). The playground is big and fun and our child loved it. The only thing I would change is that I would have liked at least one healthier option for my kid at the snack bar. He would always get hungry after waking up from his nap and the pizza and kebaps weren't served anymore at that time.

  Disappointing

  banal food, poor quality, very little diversified - I felt cheated for the price paid. The worst quality beer. It was clean, friendly staff. I do not recommend. Compared to other hotels in Golden Sands it is very poor cuisine.

  Low Quality

  Very low quality of the tourists. They are noisy, with no social distance and with very little education. You understand what I mean...They eat almost anything, important is only the quantity. They walk in groups, talk loud, bad dressed, with expensive second hand cars.

  Disappointing

  This is out first holiday at Bolero and definitely the last.The rooms clearly need an update,the food is of low quality and minimum diversity(I have never had such horrible experience in a 4-star hotel).I understand that protection measures must be taken,but to serve food like this and such food!!!! is disrespectful towards the guests of the hotel.The restaurant is quite small, so you have to wait for a free table which is rather annoying,especially when with children I really regret wasting my time and money here!!

  HUGE mistake in choosing it....

  One of the worst choices we have ever made! It ruined our short vacantion. Being parents for the first time, we orientated to a highly recommended family hotel with all services included. First minus: All inclusive (COVID too) - we were thinking that this will saves us a lot of time and effort in finding good restaurants to dine in, and will give us more time for relaxation. HUGE mistake! Breakfast started at 7:30 - if you wanted to eat around 8-8:30, well that was challenging....the queues were looong and the distance between the persons ...none (let`s share some COVID too, besides food). Lunch was between 12:30 and 14 (we usually eat around 14...but nevermind) and dinner at 18:30 until 21.I have spent 15 minutes to get a glass of water!!! A water dispenser with access to costumers would solved this problem. Or the beverage to be separated from the food. The staff was overwhelmed, being too few. The same person served the food and also the drinks. If someone wanted an beer or a soda, or just water...you had to wait for the person in front of you to decides what to eat. Chaos, overcrowded and lack of organization those are the key words for Bolere`s all inclusive. Second BIG minus: The beach ...the sunbeds....again the social distance NONE! In the elevator there is a message for the Grifid clients : "It is not allowed to reserve sunbeds. Please do not reserve! The hotel staff will remove personal belongins used for reserving the sunbeds" RIGHT! In the first day because of the long waiting for us to eat, we arrived at the beach later than we have planned .At 9:30 no sunbeds for you...all of them reserved. The staff over the beach said "sorry, there is nothing we can do" . We had to go back to reception and someone came with us at the beach and we managed to take two sunbeds that mysteriously were not "occupied" anymore. At 11 the beach was overcrowded....almost no distance between the sunbeds... so we left and never to return. Third minus or the DROP THAT FILLED THE GLASS: On our last night, we returned from the restaurant and took the elevator. The elevator stoped between 4 and 5 floor. We pushed the alarm botton for over 20 minutes, called the reception (no one answered) and called the elevator service number (they hanged us because they couldn`t hear us well) . We were with our 10 months baby. I have panicked, because there was no breathable air. Finally my husband managed to open the dors and some costumers helped us to jump out the elevator. It was kind of traumatizing, no one from the hotel staff helped us and the ventilation of the elevator didn`t worked. We come back home after 3 days regretting choosing this hotel...We definitely would NEVER come back or recommend it.
