  Hotel satisfactorio

  Hotel fácil de llegar. Parking propio. Habitaciones comfortables. Cuarto de baño bien pero con pocas cosas de aseo. Solo había café americano, imposible tomar un expreso. Hotel era bastante nuevo y moderno.

  Outstanding Hotel Clerks

  The Hotel Clerks are absolutely outstanding! George and Robertson went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my stay at the hotel was exceptional! They inquired about my level of comfort and access to needed amenities. My room was impeccable--as usual! The Staff thoroughly and frequently cleaned the common areas. This Hampton Inn is the best one that I have stayed at in the USA! Thank you so much for making my birthday weekend in DFW so awesome!

  Great Customer Service

  We were staying downtown in an AirBNB and having a terrible experience. We checked out early and checked into the Hampton Inn and it was SO much better. Umair was outstanding - so courteous, helpful and remembered the conversation we had the day before on the phone. He made our late check out so easy (my kids desperately needed a nap). I applaud his customer service! The hotel was clean, smelled nice and the rooms were large. My kids LOVED the salt water pool. Due to COVID, the breakfast is a grab and go of a bagel with cream cheese and a yogurt, but it did the job! We only stayed one night, as we moved to the area and needed a place to stay while my husband drove our things here in a moving truck. When family visits, I will definitely send them to this hotel. When we checked in, I couldnt hear the clerks name well and I was embarrassed I couldnt pronounce it. Though unintentional, it was totally a microaggression on my part and he was kind and took no offense. Im so sorry, if you are reading this! If you are in the area and need a place to stay, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

  Good option

  Clean, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Current rates are very low. Heated indoor pool. Two issues: There should be grab and go breakfasts available each morning but there are not. Public printer does not work.

  Great Service

  I found this gem during the power and water outage in February 2021. As per a normal Hampton, the bed is comfortable, great water pressure and the hot water gets very hot. The hotel actually had their gym open. The room is very clean and has numerous USB ports and plugs. The couch is a nice touch. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from DFW.
