  Scam Alert

  The staff member I spoke with DID not make it aware to me that I would be awoken at five in the morning by scam callers hacking the hotels phone lines and pretending to be the hotels District Manager. The hacker posed distressed and claimed that the computer systems were down only to take my information over the phone to verify my identity so that he can credit back a portion of the rooms cost amount back to my card. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE. The staff member should have told me that the issue is KNOWN and the hotel management have NOT RESOLVED this issue yet!! It is ongoing! Please be aware of the scammers. I was not.

  Great hotel experience

  Great place and very convenient. We were visiting a friend at Huntsville Hospital and we're about 10 minutes with a straight shot to town. Also only five minutes from Monte Sano State Park. The full breakfast was delicious and free. Complimentary newspaper. Highly recommend.

  Not up to standards

  Recent visit was disappointing. We found beer bottle cap on floor chair was severely stained and cobwebs in windows all indicated lack of proper clean interior especially in Iight of covid. First visit to this location but not up to what we usually see in Hamptons.

  COVID

  Perfect in every way except there is no mandatory mask regulation being enforced. It became very obvious why Alabama cannot get their numbers under control. Large group of teenage ball team swamped the breakfast area and lobby areas endangering everyone. The staff seemed oblivious. I guess they did not want to lose their business. Very sad. Very dangerous. Will not stay in another Hampton Inn until after the pandemic is over.

  Great Stay - Great Staff and Hospitality

  We had a special request during the Thanksgiving Holiday and the General Manager, Donna was so kind in helping us. In just a brief conversation I could tell she embodied Hamptonality! Thank you Donna and Team Huntsville Hampton Cove for a great stay! Charles
