  Very disappointing

  Staff un helpful meal times like a stampede food cold and disgusting bar a joke as was nightclub ran out of both alcohol and soft drinks no safety deposit box in room no fridge no mini bar bedding not changed had to ask for towels room not cleaned had to pay to upgrade to eat a doubletree ( by the way the only facility you can use there is the pool ) train was out of action during our stay but only went to bottom of the hill not the resort as stated needed keys to use steps we never got one spoke to Rep on first day and he was not interested even when I explained we had booked because had checked facilities as my son in a wheelchair and needed fridge for medication didn't even try and resolve anything just said you can use taxis or walk or stay round the hotel

  Nothing but lies. Avoid

  To start with, the hotel is indeed "meters from Black Sea", which may mislead readers to believe that means 1 - 200 m. You need a pretty good walk along some intricated stairs and alleys to get at the sea. Secondly, if that is what "4 stars" means, then probably a new classification must be invented to go up to some 20, or more - I would not rate the hotel for more than "2 stars". Now, the actual story: I went there with a group for a training. Regardless the hotel manager stated there is a conference room with all needed, we only found a small room, with windows by the pool (a lot of noise) and a computer that did not have Office on it. We managed to sort out that in the first day, but the manager did not bother to resolve the matter for the next days. The hotel in general, needs a total renovation, windows are dirty, and rooms are having many shortages - way too long list. E.g. tv was pretty old and with very few channels available - for starting it, I had to play with the remote control for minutes. And worse, food is terrible, mainly based on utterly unhealthy fried low quality sausages, meat and other things I could not even identify what they are - no labels were available to inform you what on earth is in the trays/ pots. In the group, many had stomach problems and, as some ere with small children, it was next to impossible to feed them. And, to keep the long story short, bar was a disappointment too. For an "ultra all inclusive", only some no name drinks were available, one of the bar tenders even declined to fill up the glass at the requested level, giving an explanation in an English impossible to understand. Staff was in general ok, but in some cases, unexperienced. Room cleaning, towel changing, etc, was also under reasonable standard, many in the group complained about that too - in my case, room cleaning came at very weird hours, once waking me up in an afternoon, once just entering the room while I was on the balcony - there was no "Do Not Disturb" notice available to hang it outside the door. In brief, to quote a colleague, "it was the first time I was glad to leave a place at the sea side ..." Apparently the hotel has a spa, with an inside pool - can not comment on that, but reportedly, some people in the group weren't particularly enthusiastic about that either.

  Avoid avoid avoid

  Well where do I start? There are so many negative points regarding this hotel I would say avoid at all costs. No towels or toilet paper in room on arrival. Had to beg for towels and toilet paper each day. Room not cleaned and bedding never changed all time we were there. Faulty shower, never any hot water, tiles in bathroom mouldy. Food inedible both my daughter and niece were ill due to the food. Pre made pizzas left out for snack time, uncovered and flies walking all over them Bar kept running out of beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks. The pool was dirty, cracked tiles around it resulting in many injuries. On positive note the barman Vlad was excellent, polite and respectful. Overall avoid this hotel

  Fantastic Animation Team

  Rubbish Don't Waste Your Money

  The rooms are small, our shower was broken and never any hot water. We constantly had to ask for clean towels and toilet rolls, our room never got cleaned once in the 8 days we were there. The food was disgusting and they quite often ran out of it. They made pizzas for afternoon snack bar on open side for hours before cooking them, flies crawled.all over them. The bar quite often ran out of beer, wine spirits and soft drinks. A lot of the tiles around the pool were broken.
