  Un hotel muy agradable, tranquilo, el personal es amable, las instalaciones son muy cómodas, la limpieza es buena, cuenta con wi-fi, el desayuno buffete delicioso, todo a u un precio razonable. Altamente recomendable.

  Nice hotel!

  This is a very nice hotel, the renovations are modern and nice. The outside of the building need repairs and the ceiling above the pool has wet spots. The hot tub was down at the time which was a bummer and the pool area is pretty small but worked well for the two of us we were able to use our speaker and played music and no-one complained we tossed a ball around. The Queen bed was tight and low to ground but comfortable, tv stations didn't have a guide there was a fridge and coffee maker, weird how the mirror faced you while on the toilet though. The front desk employee was kind and wore a mask and there was plexsie glass, smoking area close to one of the doors as well. Overall it was a good hotel and close to amenities.

  They know how to serve..

  My wife and I went to Kitchener area St Jacobs for several days( 3 nights)as a early anniversary weekend in late Aug. The hotel did not disappoint. We found a good deal online that included hot breakfast. Hotel room was clean and sealed on arrival. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful everyday. The meals were good and the servers were exceptional! Especially Yasha..Thank you. We will return someday! We felt very Covid safe at the hotel as they had taken all steps during this time. We felt bad that business was not very busy as we are used to seeing such bustle!

  Pool open, restaurant open, great hotel.

  Many (most?) hotels still have their pools closed and breakfast area closed, so I called before making a reservation to make sure both areas were open. These two were a "must" for us. The pool temperature was nice and warm, and we had a great hot dine-in breakfast. And overall a very nice hotel, strictly following COVID-19 guidelines. Definitely recommended.

  Where are the renovations???

  We have stayed at this hotel three times in the last few months. Each time, we are placed in a old room that is falling apart. This time, we were placed in a room at the end of the hall. The only good thing was that the room was very quiet. The room had stains on the carpets, sofa, and tiles. The bathtub drain was partially plugged so it drained very slowly after a bath. The toilet in the adjacent room must have been broken since we could hear water running through the walls all night. The towels had brown stains on them. The bedding had dried blood spots that should have been seen by the housekeeping staff. Lastly, the coffee supplies were not restocked from the previous guest. Given the lower occupancy with Covid, there really is no excuse for missing this many things. So much for the CleanStay program! This is the treatment we received as Diamond members. It's not worth the bonus points. We will stay somewhere else next time. On the plus side, the breakfast was very good. The fried potatoes were exceptional. Shelby did a great job providing good service for breakfast.
